The behavioral therapy for pedophilia is aversive conditioning where a stimulus is given and then a punishment. eg you make prakash ojha sit and show him child porno.... then you give him electric shock. The porno here is the stimulus and eclectric shock the punishment. You repeat it again and again with gradually tapering stimuli --- like porn movies, then porn pic and the lastly just the pic of a child and keep on giving brief shocks with each stimuli. This has been shown to be effective for pedophiles who after receiving "aversive conditioning" will run away from the mere sight of children.
If the govt. was a literate one they should have done it before setting him free. Pedophilia is a heinous crime and he is free under the open sky again. One should not listen to his songs if one has any morality !
