i absolutely detest the phone i have currently. i got it because it was cheap and could not retrun it as i was not around for the 14 day period. long story short, i want to buy a cell phone that will be compatible with my t-mobile service. anyone know where i can buy?

Go to ebay and look for unlocked phone ...

If the problem is with the phone itself, you can return it. You may not be able to return it to the same place where you got it first time but you can go to the T-Mobile Corporate store and get a new one if the problem really exists but you'll get the same phone in return.I recommend you to use the same phone for some months and once you'll be eligible for upgrade i.e after 11 months, you can go for another.If I were you,I'd do that but its up to you.

If you have a ton of money (ahem, i know u do :-), walk in to a t-mobile store and buy the model you like...they got some fancy phones. but if you wanna go thrifty for a change, do like kool said. :-)

i lost my brand new fancy phones twice and so this time i got one from ebay for like $30... (although it rings only when it likes to... but i can live with that until i lose it, too). :-p

but regardless, send the old phone to me...unlock it first tho. :-p
