These brave and honest Nepalese, in North America, have strongly opposed the alliance between terrorists and former Political Parties with the sole intention of putting an end to the conflict in Nepal. These individuals deserve praise and appreciation from us Nepalese all over the world. Join me in appriciating their nobel effort. The biggest hero award should go the the lahure though. They have been contributing so much to the economy of Nepal with thier $$$ before even you guys ventured out. Not all the lahure may be as educated as the people in the list but they are gambling/ gambled with thier life to earn a honest living and in the process earned the title "bravest of the brave" Just mention the name in any part of the world...

What, in fact, did these listed personnel do? Even a twelve year old uneducated, village girl from remote Illam enchanted with many against Maoist, whom I happened to meet in a rally in Kathmandu. So what really these folks did???

Does "Bhoonte" means that anyone can be "real" Nepali heros by just opposing something by posting something on paper? Please clarify bhoonte, please clarify asap. Maybe i also want to be real Nepali Hero by opposing the King in stongest possible term for hijacking the democracy and not recriprocating the ceasefire. Urgently awaiting to hear from Mr. Bhoonte.

"Real Darbariya Heroes/Heroines" bhannu parla..."Real Nepali Heroes/Heroines" would do something for, or at least believe in, NEPALI PEOPLE'S SUPREMACY, not the King's.

Does "Bhoonte" means that anyone can be "real" Nepali heros by just opposing something by posting something on paper? Biswa, you have raised a very good question. And I will try to answer it in the best way that you can understand, but not necessarily in the most logical way as you may have some difficulty in understanding it. No, good-for-nothings and room-heroes like you can never be real heroes no matter how hard they try in opposing something and publishing something in papers. To be a hero, or a heroine for that matter, you have to be a man or woman of substance and concience, and you should contribute to the society in a positive manner so that lives of, lets say 2 crore 50 lakhs Nepalese, can be made better. Just like the aforementioned individuals have done. If you have any more queries, please do not hesitate to let me know. Bye for now.

Bhoonte, your definition to be Hero/Heroine of any country seems more stringent than mine. The question here is not about me. But it is about the people you have mentioned (I would say very needlessly) in this post. DO THEY QUALIFY AS HERO/HEROINE IN THE DEFITION THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN? I am sure you are not going to reply to this post. Have a good day. P.S. i wonder how u missed humor (or is it called satire) in my earlier post.

Same old mentality, "let us come in power we will see what to do" Discard this mentality, this I see as one reason why democracy could not flourish, parties harboring grudges and sidelining otheres when in power, in turns and animosity generated, remember all those now. Now, when we say democratic need, does not it aplies to ourselves that we accept what others say. Look at the leaders of political parties issuing threats to government servants, "watch out we will take care of you when we are in power", the same words here. Now what, after democracy is restored, sure the fight over spoilts will come, and than what--the same old game of depriving and opportunistic misendevors. So, kindly refrain from issuing threats, and for those of you who have saved the list in your hard disk, forward it to the so called leaders so they can add to the long list of those who do not agree to them. Sorry this is not the democracy I want to see, where families are divided on political lines, communities are at conflict and social fabric of unity destroyed. Sorry for the choice of hard words, but happen the read threats issued article by a political leader and found same here, so could not restrain putting my two cents.

Kalekrishna, thanks for down to earth comment. You hit right where it matters. SO when some sort of party will come to power, I guess, others should start to choose a gun(as per well educated some of the sajhaties over here). peace out

Chakra dude, you are right. Yi makune ra khume le hire gareka bhada ka tattu haru lai taha lagauna ta ma ek jana nai kaafi chu. And biswa, sadly I have already answered your question which may have been very hard for you to understand. I paste it here again: To be a hero, or a heroine for that matter, you have to be a man or woman of substance and concience, and you should contribute to the society in a positive manner so that lives of, lets say 2 crore 50 lakhs Nepalese, can be made better. Bhoonte, no where on this thread have I seen you acutally clarify what it is that these noble people did..yes, you replied to another post saying that they had to be men and women of substance who did something good to benefit a particular number of people...but..again, what exactly did they do?...are you equating their pandering for the dying monarchy as the noble endeavour that meets your requirement of substance. One more thing---what "kind" of people must the noble actions benefit? The likes of Mrs. Shrestha who was in the cabinet till yesterday who supposedly spent the equivalent of $245 on snacks for one meeting, hired her ill qualified nephew and gave one jeep belonging to the ministry to her husband? I look forward to your clarification...and since this seems to be a problem with certain supporters of the Monrachy on Sarja...please don't resort to ugly language.

bhoonte it is u who is not getting the message..i very much agree with ur definition... i just want to know how those people qualify as one according to ur definition. To be more precise how their mere "statement" helps 2.5 crores of nepali people. and how come only u know about their great contribution and no one else can?

lalpari, is it true that satire is a tool for the weak....u hav to explain why? maybe i'll believe u then. but i still not be using it but i'll defenitely be telling people that i may be weak because i am using their tool. Now i will tell u what i feel about "satire" i think only person with intelligence can use satire and get their message across. This much for now. I can elaborate if u want. But i know i will hear ur definition about satire first....lol.... PS I have not realised that using blog could be so much fun, especially when u see people making comment on what i said...thanks to all
