Love your boss? Hate your bosss? Boss make you do overtime? And then coolly passes you over during promotion time?

Well my boss is so sweet. She is helpful, always encouraging and understanding person. The only thing i hate is she have to fly around a lot due to her job related work cuz once she is out of office she lets this other guy run office. He is such and A**h**e. She will be leaving tomorrow for a week. Its just sucks cuz now we have to bear that jacka** for a week. We conduct weekly office meeting on Friday which will be under his supevision. It will be just a big headache cuz he will pick everybody and we will be tangles in arguement no doubt about it. Actually argueing with him is like wrestling with a PIG in mud.Then, U realize that while wrestling you are getting dirty. Actually the pig is ENJOYING it. It just sucks. I may take sick leave.

To a situation like your substitute BOSS- a moment (lasts for couple of weeks too...) of deaf ear is worth bi-weekly pay check.
