Did you also notify your insurance? They can inquire about it too.

I had been through that, You dont even need to talk with other party's insurance company. Just call your own Insurance company, describe the date time and location of accident, of course they will ask you whole bunch of questions, answers to the best of your knowledge. Give the other party's insurance information.
As its been a while and you are dealing with another party's insurance company, tell your insurance company that as well.
In fact, you should have had done that on first place. Now they will deal with other insurance company on your behalf. If you have comprehensive and collision coverage, you can ask them to authorize repair, which they will do after doing appraisal. Your Insurance company will pay for repair or they will make another insurance company pay for that.
In either case, its not your responsibility to deal with other insurance company if you were not on fault and other party admitted fault.
Good luck

Just know that if the cost of damage is less than your deductible, your insurance company might not actively persue your case. But first thing to do is call your insurance companies like other suggested.

Firs of all, u don't need to talk to other insurance company. You would inform ur insrance company, proivde them all information including the other person's info and insurace, the persons from ur insurance company will come and look at ur car whether to repair or to salvage it based on damages. They will take care of any repair work needed, you do not need to pay (deductible you shud pay depending on the insurace).
It's ur insurance company duty to contact the other insurance and redeem the money they spend on your car and on you. So firs of all contact ur insurance, don't go after other insurace.
