I just wanted to shed some light on the rating feature, since I hardly see people using it. A choice is a powerful thing to have.

Like instead of bashing sum 'dhoti' guy for saying sumthing profound, users cud just click on 1 star, and if there are enuf clicks (which im sure there will be) the problem solves itself instead of escalating into a major flame war.

Finally it worked but i am not sure if it required only 20. And honestly, the rating is confusing. People might just rate 5 thinking that is flagging, It would have been convinenet, easiy and more accurate if flaging and rating are two different links

well there is an explanation next to the stars which says tht rating 1 will flag as inappropriate.

but what u say also makes sense.

anyways if u get rated 1 star 20 times, you lose ure privilege to post to tht thread (lol dekchidriver) and if u get flagged twice within 7 days your account gets suspended (be careful with this one!).
