i am buying some gifts for my parents this dashain through muncha.com,i have never bought anything from them so i want to know the experiences of the old buyers....how is the service and delivery....please guys lemme know

I rate 4.5 out of 5 to Muncha, Yes, they are reliable and prompt in service. But if you send fresh items, such as fruits and vegetables, they may not be as fresh as you expect or as you see them in picture. Hence, I don't rate 5 / 5.

 

I am satisfied with their services.

I have used their services manytime and so far they are very good. They delivered my cakes and wine on time many times.  They are reliable for money transfer as well. I just used them yesterday again.

I had send sari through Muncha.com, it turned out to be a very poor quality Indian sari. So the best thing is to send money through them and your loved ones can buy whatever they want at cheaper price and also better quality.

send money or food. Clothes are difficult to asses online.
pay extra few dollar to get photo of delivery. it is good to see your family receiving things you have sent.

This is Nepali online shopping site, you can not tell about reputation.

Muncha don't have any good stuffs to shop.

they do deliver on the same day you ask for. Only the thing is they are not very good with instruction. i have asked them to deliver before noon because my parents were supposed to be out, and they take it in the night at dinner time. if you send any electronic stuff, the color can be different from what is shown in the web site. one of the phone i order was in black color in the web site and they took it in pink color. so some time they will suprise you with something that you would not have imagine of.  just be carefull with some of these smal things.

They deliver the chip (Low quality) items than the view from website.

I just used www.coolgiftsnepal.com to send "khasi ko masu" 5Kg and a Pineapple cake from Shangrila to my family in Kathmandu. It worked out very well and my kids loved the cake.

The website is quite well organized and this is the only site I have seen that have the option of sending cut meat. It looks as if they can still make deliveries on time for Dashain and Tihar. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience.

well i dun know about the ..shopping but muncha is dammn good in sending money ...if you send money to nepal through muncha then believe me it will get delivered very soon ....and with reliable and to good hands so ..i will etll go with money transfer but with goods i have no idead
