I heard many nepali being arrested recently for selling drug paraphernalia. What does that actually refer to?

I 've been workin' in Gas station too. And they sell glass pen and some copper pad..I dont know is it legal or illegal to sell those things but i m sure that these things are used by black ppl to use drug. so, according to sajha basi , how safe am i?

selling copper pad( brillo= filter for crack pipe and rose- glass pipe ) is illegal. dont sell it.

People who sold  those things are in jail. so wait for them to explain when they gets back...otherwise nobody can tell whether it's legal or not?

Those things are called drug para, unless they are CLEARLY DISPLAYED FOR PUBLIC TO VIEW IN STORE, CLEARLY MARKED FOR INTENDED/SUGGESTED USE, AND PRICE CLEARLY MARKED.

If in doubt, keep it out.

Thanks guys for suggestion but i still cant make decession. Actually it is not rose glass pipe , it is glass ball pen and they are not displayed in public. they are kept under the cash register. I m not in condition to quit job. Are u guys sure that they are illegal?

Will I be convicted if somebody else is caught selling those things?( actually 2 ppl work in cash register)

If the other person get caught, they will do a background check on you as well. And they will find this thread and this warning as well. Then you know the rest.
