Hie friends
There are many new drivers each day driving. They only know how to drive, just like me. I was wondering if somebody can share what to do immediately after roadsite accident, which is not your fault.
Regards,
Mokingbird

If you got involve in minor or major incident or accident never ever leave the scene, If you leave even you are not in fault, all faults will be yours. Park you car nearest safest place if you can park, let the other person know you not driving away. Call 911. Never ever express you were in fault (even it is your fault, insurance will deal it), choose right word. Exchange information for your record. Driver's Name, insurance information and telephone number, car number plate, time of accident.
Once police is on the scene, he or she will take information from both of you. If you see someone who had witnessed the accident, you may request him or her did she see and if needed can you help me.
Even someone hits you in the rare, if you see nothing happened to you and your car, do not leave the scene , talked to him/her and see if his or her car has any damaged, he or she may claim on you follow the same procedure as above. You will find crooked people every where.

and the headache starts. everyone wants to screw you. your insurance will go up, if you have a claim and deductable, watch out while claiming what your insurance says. they might say that you have little older car and they want to " total??" it. that means they will give you some money ( usually very small amount) minus the deductable and you end up with no car. be firm and ask all your options with your insurance provider. if it is a very minor accident and other person is ok to let it go, including you then just don't bother for the hassle and leave. and if you ever get a ticket and show up order in court then do go to the court. when you get options to plea " guilty" " no guilty" or " talk to procecutor" , try to talk to procecutor if it is your fault. If you have a clean record for last two years then your procutor will drop the points and pentalty for you. I don't no about guilty or no guilty options, so i don't suggest anything but do someone who knows how to deal on such situation and your best option.
" prevention is better than cure" ; don't talk to the cell phone, don't look up family pics, don't bother to read, or see how much cash you've got on your wallet...if you absolutely have to do it, part your car to the nearest gasstation and do it..
really it's a big headache and it happens in second.....so be careful..
