Koirala returns to the capital

Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala returned to the capital Sunday morning after a three-day stay in his hometown Biratnagar.

Koirala, who had arrived in Biratnagar Friday afternoon on a private trip, cut short his stay by a few hours due to health problem, his personal physical Narayan Kumar said.

Earlier today, he met Radha Pokharel, the widow of Ram Hari Pokharel, a VDC secretary who was murdered by the Jywala Singh faction of Janatrantrik Terai Mukti Morcha in Siraha two weeks ago.
