i need some advices in getting H1B...please..I am student in F1 visa right now. I am graduating in Fall 07. I am currently doing an internhship and i am ready to be hired by this company i am working for after i graduate in fall. And they are ready to sponsored for me as well at any circumstances but this is the first time that they are doin it. I know the basic neccessity of H1 B but what are responsibilities of my company i dont know. Please suggest me what i need to convince them and make sure that they gonna do it for me. They are so impressed of my work that they dont want to loose me at any cost so pleast i want use this oppurtunity so please i request u all to help me out ...please ,.... thankyou

The quota for h1b opens ever year in the month of April. so in the mean time you can work with the company in your opt status. and as far as the h1b is concerned you can talk to a lawyer they will advise you in detail and will help you file it. if you are an undergrad student than it is little difficult to get h1b due to the quota limitations of 65000 for people from all around the world as compared to the masters which is 20000 just for the us graduates.
