Which has a better scope ? Engineering / Computer science / IT. I heard that there are more than enough people in field of computer / IT already. Is that true ? I just did my associates in engineering. Is it better for me to continue engineering or to go for computer science. If engineering then which branch do you think has more scope till the time I graduate. Please advice :-)

Both Computer Science and Engineering are not going to do anything. Yo sabai mithya ho. Tu ne kya le kar aya tha aur kya le kar jayega.... forget about studies and have fun..

Chimeki le ghoda chadyo bhandai ma afu dhuri chadna hunna. Both programmers and engineers are dime-a-dozen. Just depends how good you are at what you do. Projects, projects and more projects- I cant stress enough. Whatever you choose to do, make sure you work on INDIVIDUAL projects. Thats the only way to separate yourself from the herd. By projects I do not mean class projects, but stuff you do on your own. I guess it really boils down to how passionate you are about IT/engineering.
As for the last part of your question, I think Electrical Engineering would be the most "flexible" choice for you.

Few possibilities:
1. Software Engineer/Programmer - Electrical Eng or Computer Science
2. Hardware Engineer - Electrical Engineer
3. Systems Engineering - Electrical Eng or Computer Science
4. IT (Sys admin - Unix/Linux/MS/database etc) - Computer Science better
I think depending on where you are these jobs are pretty hot. Another really hot job market is sales and marketing for a tech company. This will definitely need the business aspect.
Good-luck!
