i am thinking of buying a nice digital camera for myself. i am thinking of a camera of around 10 megapixel with 12X optical zoom or greater with good image stabilization and low noise. my budget is around 600. i have seen some good pics in sajha taken by sajha users, so guys i need your suggestions on digital cameras. appreciated.

If you really want to do well in picture taking, you should go for SLR rather than point and shoot. Nikon 70s, Canon XT are around 700 and you can find them cheeper sometimes. So add some more money and get professional camera. Good Luck.

Olympus SP-550 UZ I highly recommend this camera If you want extremely low noise in your photos, fuji camera is the answer, especially F series like F30, F31 and 40
