You should specify more rather than calling your potential employee as "worker".

what does Nepali - Indian Mean? Say either Nepali or Indian because it should mean to be two different countries.

Does it matter in any way if I have a Social Security Number that has worked fine for last 2 years (but it isnt really mine) ?

I really dont have a need for a Green Card. I bought mine for 65 $ from a Mexican in Chicago.

I have objection with that word "worker" I hope the poster is not a Nepali, wanting to employ a "worker" with a carrot of greencard hanging in front.

I feel, its OK to say "Iron Worker" for one who works with iron but not restaurent worker because there are designations within a restaurent. There are other words available that dignify a employee.

I'm willing to relocate and work there if you guys have no problem using "MY" Social Security Number....or I guess I can use SSN number of any worker who have worked there in the past......KURA milauna parcha...SSN and Green Card wont be big issues I guess.

By the way I have no problem whatsoever working at the counter or just BURGA_FLIPPIN at the back.

I don't feel offended with the word "WORKER". What's wrong with it? I think you are also one of the victim of Dhoti in Indian restaurant. Atleast this guy helpneeded is trying to employ nepalease people.

Let me suggest you : I have been reading your postings, what I see is, you are pointing out people's mistake which are very minor. Grammer,word,spelling etc. mistakes doesen't make any difference. What you need to understand is the "theme".

I am thrilled to know that you've reading my postings. Thank You. I always thought my postings were boring.

The corrections I did was on the ghazals only. I have benefitted from when people pointed out my mistakes. Plus I teach to make a living and point out the mistakes so people can improve them selves. If that offends and hurts someones sentiment, I am sorry.

You seem to know that people working for dhoti owners do have problems.

If you don't have problem with the word thats fine.
