Does anybody knows weather a person holding B1 VISA (visitors) can change his/her status to F1 Visa upon arrival in US? If yes how can he/she go about doing this? Please anyone has any information or situation like this before? Thank you and God bless you

Raidilip, I am trying with the same process but seems quite difficult unless a miracles happens with you... The colleges are helping to apply for it but they can not give guarantee and instead tells that the chances of getting it approved it very minimum.... Will let u know if my works out.

I know of two people who did it back in years ago, but don't know how they did it. BTW, raidilip, My dad was based in HK.
