Does anyone know how to call the windows dialog box, select the Excel file and upload it on Access table. This needs to be done with one click of a button from Access form. Any help would be highly appreciated.

I am no access programmer but usually access (security) is handled by windows based authentication or domain based authentication for MS Access databases.

Yes, importing excel file into access table. But, I need to have this done using access form, not the built-in import function.
