I am a bahun, if we look at country's overall failure is blamed on people based on their ethnicity, undoubtedly bahuns and chhhetris are the most responsible ones. But, in country like ours, which has deep rooted cast system, radical changes are required. The only thing that i dont get answer for is " thorai bhaye pani jo janajati mathillo rank ma puge tiniharule ke nape ta???", so its not really a racial issue but is nepali attitude.
