Go Angeles! I knew the day was for Angele' over as soon as Yankees outfielders Gary Sheffield and Bubba Crosby collide against the centerfield wall chasing a two-run triple hit by Kennedy in the second inning.

Hey AX ... all you do is look at the regular season stats ,,, u did the same thing last year when they played with Red Sox.. and same with Angels. But at the end all ya clutch players ain't that clutch while they go the post season. And there goes another post season wrap up for Yankees... Poor Mr. Boss... he must be thinking how he end up givin' so much for Mr. May A-Rod (Who had the worst stat on the whole line up.) Anyways, hopefully Boss will understand that good pitchers are always better that good hitters.

yeah bro, les start to count another 86 years, ONE ................... ;) and which team was the got swept by Mediocre White Sox. Yankees are not satisfied with postseason appearance like ya guys do. It's time to recruit more players and we Yankees fans know Boss will get the best players in the market...... can ya RED SOX fans say the same about ur team owner??? les not forget the reaosn AROD is not playing in Boston is that the Red Sox couldn't afford him :)

Yeah RIGHT !! white sox just a mediocre team and Angels the best since they beat u guys kaso? hahaha u make me laugh man. And nobody in the whole world gets satisfied after losing the game... unless you are talking about some other planet. About recruiting more players your BOSS will buy more expensive players but they will end up losing the same way .. so why bother. Anyways, our Manny and Ortiz had better post season hits than your over expensive player A-Rod. So, it was better for boston that they couldn't get A-Rod.. who chokes on the clutch time.

ubi said "Anyways, our Manny and Ortiz had better post season hits than your over expensive player A-Rod." I agree ya guys have got a good combo that's why they went to play golf few days earlier than AROD ;) ubi said "So, it was better for boston that they couldn't get A-Rod.. " >> couldn't AFFORD would be better choice of words, hoina ra? of course ChiSox is a mediocre than other 3 teams that was playing in ALDS. Give me one name who thought Chisox was going to win the AL Central. I am sure causal baseball fans would have hard time to recall one of the ChiSox players name. Big Hurt must be the biggest star there but he ain't on the roster. We Yankees fans going to see improved team next year:=) Can Red Sox fans say the same??? As I said we Yankees are not going to pride wether we reached ALDS, ALCS. We pride on winning the World Series. and if you didn't know we won 26 of them, how many you got???

By the Mr. AX single or couple good players does not make the good team. Good team need to be better on all around the field from defence to offence to pitching. Chicago doesn't have the best players.. but they have a good team. Barry Bonds is one of the biggest hitter in mlb prior to his injury this year then how come the Giants didnt win world series every year when he was there. You won 26... past is past bro... we should think about present cause the past wll not win the championship for you. We won 2004 series but that will not make me proud for this year so you and all the yankees should stop braggin about old championship for the sake of healing your present wound.

ubi said ?By the Mr. AX single or couple good players does not make the good team.? >>> I disagree. 2 players may not win you a championship but it surely is going to make a different team. Take Ortiz and Manny out of Red Sox lineup and you tell me what kind of team Red Sox would. OR take the Schilling and Randy out of 2002 championship team from Arizona lineup where would that team be? Ubi said ?Barry Bonds is one of the biggest hitter in mlb prior to his injury this year then how come the Giants didnt win world series every year when he was there. ? >>> Who said one player going to win a championship??? As I said above, great player(s) in a team will make a difference. You may be surprised to know that Giants did well with Barry on the lineup. Giants won 44% of the time w/o him and with him they won 64% of the time. You go figure. Let me make clear that I am not a Barry fan. He is a great player and when is on the lineup an opposition coach have to rethink about pitching strategy. Ubi said ?You won 26... past is past bro... we should think about present cause the past wll not win the championship for you. We won 2004 series but that will not make me proud for this year so you and all the yankees should stop braggin about old championship for the sake of healing your present wound.? >>> of course you won?t like what Yankees done. You guys don?t win enough to talk about it. And I am sure it will be another long wait for ya Red Sox fans so you guys won?t like to talk about it ;) And the history tells I won?t be around when Red Sox wins another championship. Yankees is the most successful pro team in NA (at least I have known). No tema have won that many championships in the NA sports history ;) ubi said ?About recruiting more players your BOSS will buy more expensive players but they will end up losing the same way? >>> Sorry to say you can?t say the same about Red Sox team owner. BOSS always try to get the best players that are avail and I am proud of it. He assembles a team which always has a chance to win championship. Ubi said ?Poor Mr. Boss... he must be thinking how he end up givin' so much for Mr. May A-Rod (Who had the worst stat on the whole line up.)? >>> He pays less than what Henry pays to the 2nd best player in red sox lineup. BOSS was creative to sign him ;) Ubis said ?Anyways, hopefully Boss will understand that good pitchers are always better that good hitters.? >>> I thought you would know about Yankees?. I guess not??.BOSS and Yankees knew they lack on pitching that?s why they signed best available pitchers ? Randy Johnson, Carl Pavano, Jared Wright (gotta throw players name since you don?t know that much about Yankees). It ain?t BOSS fault that they got injured. And I can expect him to do the same for next year. He would sign the best player avail to play for Center Field ;) If I remember the best offensive player Yankees signed last year was Tino Martinez (non pitching players) and he was signed to play defense on 1st base. I can proudly say Yankees won the 2005 AL East Crown ;) ************************************************************* My coworker, Red Sox fan, is already worried about next year. He thinks Yankees going to steal Damon (good leadoff but avg center fielder). He is also saying Red Sox doens't have a chance to keep Manny. I love to hear your take on it ;)

AX said " I disagree. 2 players may not win you a championship but it surely is going to make a different team" Yeah, i agree it would make a different team but that doesnt make a better team. Yeah BoSox had those two clutch players but they are not the only factor for winning the 2004 championship.. there was Schilling, Bellhorn had couple of good home runs, Jhonny Damon played good, Pedro... the whole team had an equal amount of contribution for the title. So, spending all the money doesn't buy you a championship. AX said "You may be surprised to know that Giants did well with Barry on the lineup. Giants won 44% of the time w/o him and with him they won 64% of the time. You go figure." I know they had more wins with Barry in the line-up but i was sayin that didn't made them a championship team. So, it can make a team better.. but unless the whole team plays good... a single or couple players will not help you to grab the championship. I was giving you this example since you said White Sox is a mediocre team than other ALDS team because they don't have any good recognized players. Go and read ya own stuff first man. AX said "And the history tells I won?t be around when Red Sox wins another championship. Yankees is the most successful pro team in NA (at least I have known). No tema have won that many championships in the NA sports history ;) " Yeah as if you know the future. You said the same thing last year. U said.."are u outta ya mind..u thing yankees will lose all 4 games...thats impossible." in last year champoinship game. But then they lost all four games, u couldnt beleive ya eyes... hahaha so stop making dumb predictions man. Yeah successful... haha the most money spending team... and trying to buy any good players that comes in the market. You should read all the things that has been written in Newsday, dailynews and NYpost magazines. You'll see how all ya own yankees fan is sayin so much bad stuff about the team. AX said "BOSS always try to get the best players that are avail and I am proud of it. He assembles a team which always has a chance to win championship" Yeah just spending the money since there is no cap limit... wow such a proud team. Other teams do win the champioship without spending like him. Such a loss for a big boss. AX said " He pays less than what Henry pays to the 2nd best player in red sox lineup. BOSS was creative to sign him ;) " Yeah right.. are u outta ya mind. Go and check ESPN ... A Rod has $25.2 million while Manny has $20 million. So get the fact. Derek is on third with $18.9 million so u have two players out of three who gets paid the most in mlb. Just talkin, without checking the real fact eh.. AX said " I thought you would know about Yankees?. I guess not??.BOSS and Yankees knew they lack on pitching that?s why they signed best available pitchers ? Randy Johnson, Carl Pavano, Jared Wright (gotta throw players name since you don?t know that much about Yankees)" Yeah right... i don't know about Yankees. .. helloooo.. i live in NYC and each and every paper just talks about 'em 24/7 so hopefully i have learned something... I know u guys got Randy Jhonson .. perhaps u must also know he is getting old and how all the teams smacked him all around the whole regular and post season. Hopefully they will be able to keep Manny but if they can't... i still beleive the team will do something. For Damon... i know u guys already have eyes on him and sharpening ya over priced teeth.

unkown :) Yankees fans like me are not happy with the loss with the Angels. Unlike some other teams fans, we Yankees fans are not going to be satisfied a season with out Championship. If players and coaches don?t perform, we are not afraid to voice our dissatisfaction. That?s all I was doing :=) AROD and RJ was signed to help Yankees to bring 27th championship not the AL East Title. AROD and RJ should take the heat and perform better next year. Ubi, Baseball is a team game and all the players need to do their part otherwise we would be having discussion about Golf and Tennis ;) Good players like Barry and Vlad make a lousy team very good one? Giants w/o Barry won only 44% and with him they won 66% and that stat doesn't satisfy you eh??? I don't think there are other stats that would convince you :) I am sure you will understand next year what 1 or 2 good players can do to Red Sox?. Manny??? Damon??? ubi said "Yeah just spending the money since there is no cap limit... wow such a proud team. Other teams do win the champioship without spending like him. Such a loss for a big boss." >>> Typical Red Sox fan :) The first thing they complain is the Yankees Payroll and the funny thing is your team is right below Yankees. If Red Sox don?t have money than may be ya guys need new owner who will be able to put the best team on the ground like BOSS does??. BOSS spends the money on the players so the best baseball fans can enjoy the great players and games :p btw did ya found out where's Manny will be playing next year?.. so much respect for the grand franchise ;) Ubi said ?Yeah right.. are u outta ya mind. Go and check ESPN ... A Rod has $25.2 million while Manny has $20 million. So get the fact. Derek is on third with $18.9 million so u have two players out of three who gets paid the most in mlb. Just talkin, without checking the real fact eh..? >>> There is a great uncle in Texas who forks $5 mil a year for AROD and his name is Hicks. That?s creative, ain?t it :p and where does Barry and his $22 mil rank on your salary list??? ubi said ?Yeah right... i don't know about Yankees. .. helloooo.. i live in NYC and each and every paper just talks about 'em 24/7 so hopefully i have learned something... I know u guys got Randy Jhonson .. perhaps u must also know he is getting old and how all the teams smacked him all around the whole regular and post season.? >>> ubi, surprise to hear ya live in NYC. I thought you would know BOSS signed Three GOOD pitchers avail in the market? That?s what Yankees lacked so he got them. It?s unfortunate that they landed on IL most of the season. Tino was the best offensive player Yankees signed for defense and he is a part time player. RJ being old and getting smacked??? Bro he won 17 games and he ranks 4th among the AL winning pitchers for this season. Schilling and Foulke getting bounced on the pitching rotation would make better argument, what you say??? Ubi said ?Hopefully they will be able to keep Manny but if they can't... i still beleive the team will do something. For Damon... i know u guys already have eyes on him and sharpening ya over priced teeth.? >>> I know how ya feel bro. your slugger even doesn?t want to stay with the team and team may not be able to afford the best leadoff player in the league ;) oh that EVIL EMPIRE: p BOOMER No need to be bitter, still wanna wear PINSTRIPE??? How about as a Pitching Coach ;)

Yankees will not win another World Series until the BOSS realizes that money cannot buy world series. After the greatest choke in the history of baseball, BOSS gives a blank check to Cashman. And Yankees still had to fight for the wild card. I am sorry but it must be painful to be a Yankee fan right now. The BOSS must be hurt and I wonder if he has energy to motivate the team for the next year. About A Rod, I do not think he can perform under pressure. So instead of aiming for the World Series, I think you should drop your Yankee ego and lower your expectation (may be shoot for playoffs). As a result you will not be dissappointed once again.

Yankees and Wild Card??? This year AL East Title was 8th straight for the Yankees. We don't mind winning those AL EAST, ALDS, ALCS title but the one Yankees aim is Championship. The season w/o Championship is a disappointment......Are ya saying you Red Sox fans are just happy to be qualified as a Wild Card team.??? Red Sox fans don't seem to have any expectation of their team since they have let down for soooooooooooo many years ;) I know you guys are jolly to be qualified for playoffs and didn't bother ya after getting swept by mediocre White Sox ;) Go bad news for the Red Sox fans though there is a Young and Talented upcoming Team from North of the border who will be the 2nd best team on the AL EAST :p I know it irk Red Sox fans that BOSS spends good chunk of Yankees revenue to the players. That's the best thing you as a fan want is to have a Owner who is going to keep the players happy with the good fat paycheck :) Boss is the main reason NY Yankees is still the best Baseball franchise ;) Another Yankees Hall of Famer :) greatest choke in the history of baseball is the 1978 season for Red Sox. Search yourself and you will know more about it. Don't be surprise if it mentions BUCKY DENT :p

Has Yankees won a World Series after BOSS crossed $200m? Swept or not, bottom line is Yankees did not make any further than Redsox. I am sorry but if a Yankee fan needs to go to 1974 in the history to feel a little better, then Yankees are in a pathetic state. I just love seeing Yankees losing to Redsox or to teams with less than quarter of Yankees salary. It is like mighty American army losing to Iraq. Isn't that humilating? Get the message?
