Anyone has travelled to Nepal using multiple airline.
for example form USA to nepal by
Singapore airline transit at Singapore and then
Singapore to nepal by silk air.
What will happen if due to delay i miss the second filght?

Airline company should be responsible for that.

If you get the tickets separately then you will be responsible for delays. If the ticket is a part of code share, they will be.
