wondering, asylum bata green card banako le nepalko kt bihe gari leuna best option k hola? citizen apply garna 9 month baki cha. aba ahile gayera bihe gareni green card bata ta time lagcha. india ko court marriage accept huncha ki hudaina? or after citizen, nepal directly jana milcha? ani nepal mai bihe garera , nepal mai bihe gareko dekhayera leuna milcha citizen vayepachi. ki situation ustai ho after citizen pani? please advise if someone knows about the case . thanks all.

all my citizend friend did it since you are not waiting for status processing, just for interview data so it goes quickly with interview within a month or two and arriving here. If you say you got married and start processing her GC from nepal you might wait for 9-10 months.
