Not sure why you think you have to pay for the MRP form. It is available for free. You can download it via following link http://www.nepalembassyusa.org/images/mrp_form.pdf Once you download it, print it and go to any fed ex office center and cut as per the "A4" size paper. or write a letter to embassy and ask for few forms - ask for 5 or 6. You need to send a return envelop. You will get forms within a week. Note- instead of directly filling up the form itself, first make few copies and fill your details on copies first. when everything looks good, just fill up the original form. You can write letter to following address: Embassy of Nepal, 2131 Leroy Place NW Washington DC 20008

Go to fedex. Print the form in LEGAL size and cut it down to A4 size. It will cost u 20 cents. If you cant figure out how to cut, ask the fedex employee, they'll help.

@himal977 That won't work. Send return mail to DC Nepal embassy requesting MRP application form. It is 100% sure that your application will be denied if you print the form yourself or even you print it at FedEx. The paper size is way too different even the website gives us direction on printing right format of printing MRP application. Spend $20 and avoid delays and hassle in the beginning step. That's what happened to me. Hope this piece of information gives you some idea.

@ShankarHuShankar It works 100%. I did the same and already got my passport. Print the paper in LEGAL size. There will be a cutter in Fedex. Follow the instruction for the passport size and cut it in A4 size and thats perfectly fine. I did this way and already got my passport.

It works as himal977 mentioned. Save the filled up form in A4. Go to the store and print in LEGAL size paper. Cut it to exact A4 size (29.7 cm X 21 cm) using their paper cutter. if you don't know how to save filled up form in pdf, follow the link below: http://collegeinfogeek.com/save-un-savable-data-entered-into-a-pdf-form/
