I still feel that a new constitution will be issued. It will only contain articles that have been agreed upon, the ones still unresolved will be amended later in the constitution.

I think Sher B deuba has come with new idea, acepting interim constitution as new constitution by removing the word "interim" Interim constitution was a document of  "sahamati" among amale, kangres, maobadi and madhesbadi. and le politician continue about number of states, name of states etc for years to come.

We just have few days and looks like politicians are fighting against each other...Only thing concerns me is why didnt they fight with the current issue like 4 moths earlier.. Why now?? They should have been ready with the draft already. I hope we will see something atleast 2 lines ammended from interim.

Just going with the existing interim constitution would look like a failure.
I have a suggestion that could save the leader's face and would be best case scenario for Nepali people.

Issue a new constitution with the points that leaders have unanimously agreed upon already. For the remaining major points of contention, let people vote on each point. So, next election would be not just to elect our new leaders but also to select the provisions in the amended constitution.
