Friends,
My employer ( Indian Consultancy) is holding my H1-B. They have filed my labor certification this month. Now, I am getting better opportunities in terms of salary and benefits from some other reputed American IT companies.( eg http://www.presidio.com/ ) I am in confusion whether to search new opportunities constantly( i.e. fulltime ) or just to keep quiet and stick with my current employer. I am working on 70-30% basis with my current employer.
Any suggestions/advice is appreciated.

Mancini, Thank you for your input.
I just noticed that my company has filed my labor certification as a " Network Admininstratior" instead I am working as a Software Engineer. Is this something I have to be concerned about ?
