Guys - My parents are coming this weekend from nepal and would really appreciate if any of you suggest me which Health Insurance company i go with, they are visitors and will stay here for 3 months. I dont think they can be counted as we do as they dont have Social No as we do, There are some check up i am planning to do for my dad as well so i am kind of confused which Insurance company i call for who can really cover their health insurance for any necessary health check ups..please share if you have this kind of situation and how did you recop .. Thanks you in advance

Sure, You can buy it from Insubuy.com. The most popular ones are Patriot america Atlas Lioson international. I went with Patriot america because their rates were reasonable. If you are not sure for how long will you parents stay, then i would say buy for at least 2 months and extend it later. You must buy at least for 1 month to extend later. There is $5 dollar extension fee. Good Luck!!

You must focus on coverage first. If it is good for only doctor visit not for any test then it is not a health insurance.

I do not think the check up will be covered. It is mostly for emergency or if something comes up during the same. The insurance companies will not cover a pre-existing condition so keep that in mind.
