एकजना छन अमेरिकाको न्यूयोर्कमा । आफुले आफैलाई बुद्धिमान घोषणा गर्दै आफु बिदेशिनुलाई ब्रेन डर्नको सज्ञा दिने त्यो सख्श अरु कोही होइन अनाबश्यक रुपमा तपाई हाम्रो ब्यक्तिगत मेल अकाउन्टको यनबाक्स फुल गर्ने हिन्दु अतिवादी र तराईको शान्त नेपाललाई भारतीय भुमन्डलमा मिलाउने प्लानका सेवक हुन-परमेन्द्र कुमार भगत ।

उनी हरेक दिनजसो दर्जनौ मेल दुनियाका हजारौ मेलबक्समा पठाउछन् । कुनैबेला नेपालको प्रजातान्त्रिक आनदोलनलाई सहयोग गर्ने नाममा काठमाडौंको आन्दोलनको फोटो किन्ने भगत अहिले हरेक दिन पहाडिका नाउमा बिद्वेश उराल्दै मधेशीका मनमा घृणाको बीउ रोप्न उद्यत छन् । अर्थात उनी पहाडी र मधेशी नेपालीबीच माराकाट गराएर साम्पर्दायिक हिसाको बिउ रोप्न चाह्छन । किनभने यो उनको मालिकको आदेश हो ।

भारत नेपालमा के चाहन्छ ब्वासोले गाइको बाच्छालाई मायाले सुम्सुमाएर कन्याउदै मुटु कलेजो झिकेर खाएजस्तो गर्ने प्लानमा छ । नेपालमा हिसा बढेपछि बिचरा भन्दै सुमसुमाउन आए जस्तो गरि तराइलाइ आफ्नो भागमा मिलाउने र को दीर्घकालिन रणनीती पुरा गर्ने एजेन्ट हुन उनी । उनीमात्र होइन उपेन्द्र यादव हृदयेश त्रिपाठी र जयकृस्ण गोइतहरु पनि त्यही हुन । जो आफुलाई नेपाली भनाउन समेत चहदैनन् ।

हिजोसम्म श्री ५ को सरकार हुदा उनीहरुले जनआन्दोलन भाग २ मा कहि पनि मधेशका नाउ उच्चारण गर्न परेन । राजाकै शाशनमा मस्त भए । किनभने अहिलेका राजा भारतीयकै ज्वाई र नातेदार अनि उतैबाट आएका थिए । तर अहिले जब नेपाली जनताको ुनेपाल सरकारु भयो उनीहरुलाई नेपाली भन्न लाज लाग्यो र मधेश सरकारको नारा उचाल्न थाले ।

केही समयअघि सम्म मधेशी र लोबतन्त्रको नारामा ब्लग लेखिरहेका उनी एक्कासी नेपालबिरोधी र भारतसमर्थक भएर निस्किए । उनी नेपाली पासपोर्टकै आधारमा अमेरिकामा बसिरहेका छन् भलै भारतीय कृपादृष्टिले पालिएका किन नहोस । तर आफुलाई नेपाली भनाउदा लाज लाग्छ रे । मधेश छुट्टै देश हो रे । नेपालीहरुले त्यस देश हडपेका हुन रे । उनका पछिल्ला लेख पढ्दा यस्तै लाग्छ ।

काठमाडौंका नेवारले नजानेर किम्बदन्ती वा जोक्स बनाएको ‘मनु मखु मडिस्या ख’ लाई ठुलो मुद्दा बनाएर आर्टिकल लेखे । पहाडिया भनेका मान्छे नै होइनन र उनीहरुलाई खत्तम गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने उनको आशय झल्किन्छ ।

वास्तबमा यो फलाम तातेको बेलामा हिट गरेजस्तै हो । तराईमा सयजना मान्छे अगाडि लगायो हजार जना पारीबाट सय रुपैया दैनिक दिएर ल्यायो । नत्र काठमाडौमा लाखौ मान्छे उत्रदा जनआन्दोलन २ मा किन तराईमा मान्छे सुन्यप्राय थियो राजतन्त्र बिरुद्ध ११ बर्ष जनयुद्ध हुदा पहाडमा जसरी क्रान्ति मौलायो तराईमा लुटेर खानेहरु मात्र बढे किन हुन त तराईमा पुरानो डाका सस्कारले गर्दा पनि माओवादीमा लाग्नेहरु लागेका थिए लुट्न नपाउने भएपछि जनतान्त्रीकमा लागे । राजा फाल्ने आन्दोलनमा चाही नलाग्ने अहिले ठुृलो क्रान्तिकारी कुरा गर्ने

भगत जस्ता कथित नौटंकी अनुहारहरु धेरै छन् यहा । उनी कहिले आफु नेपालमा राजनीति गर्न नफकर्कने कुरा गर्छन त कहिले अमेरिकामा सबैले नेपाल गएर राजनीति गर भनिरहेको लेख्छन ।

परमेन्द्र भन्ने मान्छेले एकपटक अनौठो कुरा गर्यो । सारा सार्क क्षेत्र एउटै रास्ट्र हुनुपर्ने प्रस्ताब राख्छन । यसको अर्थ के हो हिन्दुस्तानले भन्ने गरेको सारा भारतबर्ष एउटै देश होओस भनेको होइन पाकिस्तान बंगलादेश देखि नेपाल र भुटानसम्म भारतमै गाभियोस भन्ने उनको आशय हो कि होइन यस्ताले तराइको आन्दोलन हाकेको दाबी गरेका छन् । के यो कहाबाट सन्चालित हो यसै थाहा हुदैन

अमेरिकामा उनी कसरी पुगे यहा के काम गर्छन उनी बेलाबखत नेपालमा पत्रिका र इन्टरनेट साइट चलाउनेहरुलाई अलिअलि रकम दिएर भारतीय लाइनका नेपाली नेताहरुका। अन्तर्बातार्ता लिन लगाउछन् । यता केही पैसामा बिकेर पत्रकार भनाउदाहरु भारतकै दलालीमा बोलेको कुरा छाप्छन । उनको धन्दा यस्तै छ । आफुलाई महान बनाएर आर्टिकल लेख्दै दुनियाका मेलमा बिना अनमति बग्रेल्ती िलंक पठाएर उनले दुनियालाई दुःख दिएबापत क्षतिपुर्ती तिर्नुपर्दैन अमेरिका बस्नेलाई त यो थाहा हुनुपर्ने उनले अरुको मेल आइडी कसरी थाहा पाए प्राइभेसी ल अनुसार त कारबाही हुन्छ आफु बिदेशिदा ब्रेन ड्रेनको घोषणा गर्नेलाई त थाहा हुनुपर्ने ।

गगन थापासित अकंमाल गरेको फोटो खिचाउदा आफुलाई भाग्मानि ठानेर आर्टिकल लेख्नेले अहिले तिनै थापाहरु अर्थात पहाडेहरुका बिरुद्ध बिषबमन गर्दा कस्तो लाज नलागेको । साइटभरी आफ्ना नानाभातिका फोटो राखेर प्रचार गर्ने भगतले लेखेका अग्रेजीका भाषण कतिजना तराइबासीले पढ्छन त्यो उनलाई के मतलब भगतले त त्यो भाषण आफ्ना मालिकहरुलाई देखाएर पैसा झार्नका लागि हो । साच्चै तराइका लागि सबेदनशील हो भने त कलैयामा आएर जुलुसको नेतृत्व गरुन न । सोझा गरिब मर्ने भगतहरुचाही अमेरिकामा बसेर तर मार्ने

पहाडिया र मधेशीको साम्प्रदायिक सदभाब भडकाएर मान्छे मार्ने खेल हुदैछ । यदी त्यसो भयो भने नेपालको इतिहासमा पहिलोपटक लाखौ मानिस मारिन्छन । देश बिखन्डन पक्का हुन्छ । भगतहरुको मास्टर प्लान यही हो ।

जनअधिकार फोरम भनेको भारतीय दुतावासबाट रकम ल्याएर सास्कृतिक कार्यक्रम गर्ने गोष्ठि गर्ने र एक दुइटा प्रतिबेदन छपाएर मधेशीको नाम भजाउदै पैसा कमाउने एनजिओ होइन यो कुनै पार्टी हो जसले बिचारको आन्दोलन गर्छ त्यहा बसेका नेताहरुको कुण्डल हेर्नुपर्छ कहा कहाबाट सन्चालित छन यसै थाहा हुन्छ ।

उपेन्द्र यादव काठमाडौंको बानेश्वरमा एकजना राजावादीको घरमा भाडामा सायद सित्तैमा बस्छन् । किशोरकुमार बिश्वास भन्ने मण्डले जो सद्भावना पार्टी छाडेर दरवारहुदै भारतीय क्याम्पमा पुग्यो उनी पत्रकारहरुको फोन नम्बर सकलन गर्दै आफ्नो नाम बजाइदिने अनुरोध गरिरहन्छन् । अर्का आफुलाई महासचिब बताउनेचाही उपेन्द्र यादबले बोक्ने ९८४१-४३५७७१ नम्बरको मोबाइल उठाउछन र आफ्नॊ नाम उल्लेख गरेर समाचार लेखिदिन र आफ्नै अन्तरवार्ता लिइदिन करकर गरिरहन्छन् । उनका अन्तरवार्ता लिन मानेन भने उपेन्द्र यादवलाई सम्पर्क हुनै दिदैनन उनी ।

One more point I have forgotten to tell you. We always think our ancestors were great people. Those people who lived thousands of years ago were great people. This was not quite true.

Most of the people in Vedic era were doing all shorts of nasty rituals like killing animals to praise god. The fossil of such rituals is our main and great festival Dashain. These people were considered Sudras as evil and principally there was nothing wrong to kill Sudras. Of course these people were Chariot dwellers and were comparatively advance at the time, however, those days were not certainly golden days of the race.

By the time of Buddha, society was quite horrifying. So called upper caste people were so possessive to their caste and race. It was believed that if you see Sudra face to face that would bring misfortune. ... Buddha and his disciples tried their best to teach civilization.... His teaching produced the best civilized people of the world for some century......I can consider few centuries after Buddha were golden days for the Indian civilization.

As I mentioned earlier Buddha said: दुस्सिलो हि बहुजनो ‍= अधिकांस मनिसहरु दुशिल (खराब) छन्। Not only today but all most of the time most of the people of the world were immoral. Perhaps this will be true for future as well.

Discovery of Yoga itself was a great achievement in human civilization, however, it could never be for common people until westerners accepted it as a best exercise of the body in 20th century.

Today, human civilization has jumped to a new chapter and this civilization can not be compared to our ancient civilization....If the world will not be destroyed by Global Worming or unseen comets....human civilization will jump to new chapter within a century.

Our Tarai is a part of two great ancient Indian Empires Maghad and Koshal. I wrote their history and about the people who lived there. Now I will write about modern day Maghad and Koshal, that is, Bihar and UP and people who live there, because to understand our Madheshi brothers we must know about Bihar and UP. People, culture, tradition and mentally of Bihar and UP is not different then our boarding Tarai.

We need culture:

I have already mentioned that in ancient time Bihar and UP had always been economically superior over any other Indian states. Bihar and UP contributes immensely to make India proud of her history. When India got freedom in 1947, Bihar was the richest state. However, today Bihar is the poorest and most lawless among Indian states. Once it was an example of civilization but today it is the most uncivilized state. What turned this mighty land to a land of shame?

Have you heard of Shekhar Suman’s joke? He is Bihari himself: Let me tell you his joke in my version.

One night in Tihar Jail (Delhi) Natwarlaal’s great grandpa appeared in his dream. He told to Natwar that he had been living in Hell because he had crush on Queen Victoria and whispered his phone number in Natwar's ear. Natwar thought it was just a dream, but again he thought there was nothing wrong to try a phone call. He asked operator to dial the number and got connected. The phone bill was charged as STD call. He continue calling his great grandpa at least once in a month.

After being free from Tihar Jail, Natwar went to Bihar to Visit his लङ्गुठिया यार, Mr. Supari Yadav. When he called his grandpa to hell from Bihar, the PCO charged him local call. He became happy because he thought the PCO operator got cheated. Next time he tried from next PCO and again got charged the price of local call. He thought there must be something wrong and remind to the operator whether it was a STD call. PCO operator said there was nothing confusion.

Then he went to Delhi Supreme Court and filed a case against Indian Government saying that was an injustice. The Supreme Court judge gave his discussion against Natwarlal and said:

“Bihar to Hell is Local call because Bihar is in Hell”

This was just a joke but in reality the condition of Bihar is worse then you can think of. When I was in India my friends didn't let me go alone to Bihar. It is very infamous and unpopular despite being a wonderful place.

What could be a possible reason?

Can wealth be the possible reason? I doubt it because Bihar is a fertile land; it can at least be self sufficient in food.

Can caste system be the cause? It can not be the cause but it can be a cause and a tiny one. It is because caste system is everywhere in India. Despite caste system other states have progressed.

Can culture be the cause? I can definitely say it is culture which is the cause of downfall of Bihar and Biharis. I will elaborate this point in my upcoming postings.

If majority members of a family are well cultured they will make family well cultured and if a family doesn’t have majority of members well cultured they will make a less cultured family. In your neighborhood your family can be well cultured or can be less cultured.

Races are group of people from same family. There are many races in the world and there are races insides races. The most progressive race of the world is considered to be Jewish. The second smartest race of the world is considered to be Japanese. Jewish people have their own culture so does Japanese. It is their culture which makes them progressive. Inside Jewish or Japanese culture there are people with individual culture. This individual culture makes them diverse inside unity.

Culture is the projection of majority of people of the society or race. A well cultured society is called civilized society and an uncultured society is called uncivilized. In a picture of world we all Nepali have the same culture and that culture is very regressive. Inside Nepali culture we have diversity. As I already mentioned majority of people in our whole Nation are uncultured; however, I will be focusing in this thread only on the culture of backward people of Tarai.

The structure of our Tarai is same as the structure of Indian states of Bihar and UP. As most of the India, UP and Bihar were ruled by so called upper caste people which hardly make 10% of the total population. Most of the people in the northern India are so called backward people and considered lower caste.

Yadavs are the descendent of an ancient might king called Yedu. They are real Kshatriyas but these days they are not treated as Kshatriyas. They are considered lower castes but not untouchable.

About 20 years ago there was huge up rise of these backward people which brought Laloo Yadav in power in Bihar. His party ruled for 15 years turning Bihar from Bad to worst. He ruled by the slogan of backward people.

Neighboring UP is also ruled by so called backward people since decades; Mayavati form Dalit and Mulayam Singh from Yadav. What is the result? Speaking objecting, during the self rule of these so called backward people, the situation went from bad to worst.

Why?

Because rule doesn’t change the people! I am sorry if I am using politically incorrect language but I don’t hesitate to say that the majority of people who lives in these areas are morally corrupt. They don’t have good tradition. They don’t have progressive culture. Political system can not enforce the culture. Just leaders got changed. Tiwari got replaced by Yadav and few Yadavs got privilege. …the culture of majority people remained the same, the immoral.

You need significant number of moral people to take country towards progressive direction. Morality in another word is good culture or discipline. If people of any society are disciplined, the society is bound to progress.

Jewish people are considered to be most progressive race of the planet. Why? Because most of them are well disciplined; or most of them are well cultured. They have progressive culture. They know what is right and what is wrong and accept right. …it is culture which determines people’s progress.

Second greatest race of the world is Japanese. Work is worship for Japanese people. They did mistake only in the World War II, but they have always lived a life of an example. To be very frank, I have never seen well cultured people like Japanese. They are so simple, humble, honest and shy. ….they have culture to put them on top.

People of our Tarai have Bihari culture. This culture is more regressive than the regressive Pahadi culture. Few Pahadi are being seen as a ruler of Nepal. However, majority of Pahadi are in unbearable misery. Most of them go to India for labor work. And they have well established servant culture called गोर्खे culture. It is very hard for them to come out of it.

Pahad doesn’t have enough direct resources so people are poor and poverty can not lead to creativity; this makes sense. However, Tarai has enough resources. They were in constant touch with most progressive people of the world, that is, British, for centuries. Could they learn anything from British?

“Dogs and Indians are not allowed”………..this was the Dignity Indians got from British.

These people who are running movement in Tarai today have very regressive culture. What will happen now is Upendra Yadav will rule Tarai and turn it to bad to worse. All other Yadavs will be happy to be ruled by their people. What will Upendra Yadav offer to Tarai other then Laloo Yadav offered to Bihar and Mulayam Yadav offered to UP.

When Laloo ruled Bihar, all Biharis knew that he was taking country backward. However, backward people were happy because at least they were ruled by someone from their caste or group.....this will happen in Nepal as well.

So called upper castes, who have been ruling Tarai, are hardly 1%. They have relatively good culture that’s why they are ahead. ...Most of the Brahman, Kshatri and Vaishya have good culture but they don’t make a huge number in Tarai. …I don’t believe in caste and I am against the caste system. However, this is the reality. ..I can’t say that all Yadavs are not well cultured…. I have Yadhav friends highly progressive and globably competative. The bitter truth is most of them are not well cultured.

Do you know there are untouchable people whose livelihood is rubbery? This is the significant number of people; they don’t have enough land to feed their family and they have accepted rubbery as profession. Tarai is horrible place and majority of people who lives here have corrupt mentality...….Paramendra will suffer more than me because he is immidiate neighbour of these people who has Bihari culture.

Upendra Yadav, a prospective Governor of Madhesh, will turn Madhesh one of the Most lawless place of the world as Laloo did in Bihar. There will be day time rubbery; like in Bihar many people run their livelihood through kidnapping. Mahendra Highway will be one of the most dangerous highways of the world. … mark my words. …this is huge possibility….

We got to give culture to these people. … this is the most challenging job… Person like Paramendra has to be worried about giving culture instead of power… What did majority backward Bihari got out of Laloo? Same will happen in Nepal what happened in Bihar, even worse will happen.

Here is my motto: Give food to hungry people instead of fashionable cloth. Give education to student instead of grades. Give job to unemployed people instead of money. Give culture to uncultured instead of power.

We can not stop them coming in power in Democracy. However, tomorrow if we fail to give them culture we are bound to suffer… this is inevitable.

Population of Tarai is multiplying day by day. It is not because people of Tarai are special breed of human. It is because there is flow of disadvantaged people from boarding lawless India. .. I am very worried because these people are dangerous than bomb if you can not teach them culture.

I remember a more than 1000 years old incidence:

When Persia, modern day Iran, was invaded by Arabs, many Parshi people flew to India as a refugee. Before entering India they sent a messenger to urge the king for refuge. Indian king answered them in symbolic language. He sent a full glass of milk saying that the country can not handle more people. Head of Parshi people put a valuable ring in the glass full of milk and sent it back. King understood the language and welcomed the Parshi.

The intelligent head of Parshi refugee symbolically said to the king that they are invaluable gem and the gem will not splash the milk. Indeed, it happened! Now India has a significant number of Parshis and most of them are well to do. Ratan Lal Tata is one of them. These people were well cultured and the culture help them to lead India, their land of refuge. Culture is so powerful; perhaps more powerful than you can imagine!

Abuse me! Scold me! But I am boldly saying that we are not getting any invaluable gem from India. We are not getting well cultured Indian population. Well cultured people have very wide space in great country like India. We are getting waste of Indian and if we don’t clean it we are bound to be infected.
