How long does it take to get I485 approved in most of the cases?

my ead is approved and fingerprint done. now just waiting for 485 approval?

do you think my employer have the power to delay the 485 approval? can they do something to hold off 485 approval so i can stay longer with them?

Congraz nepal_nepal2016. Can you please update your RD? When did your employer filed it?
I dont think they can do anything to delay GC process after submission. They can delay sometime only if you receive RFE or something.

RD is nov 10th, employer filed prob a week before nov 10th.

what is the normal processing for 485 approval for all other countries from NSC? (i think 7 months is prob for india , china , mexico)

I485 processing time is not country specific. It is same for all countries.
What is RD?

You seem to be lucky buddy. I have my RD on 14th Nov but no updates after FP is done. No EAD/AP so far. I-485 is not country specific. If you are lucky like your EAD/AP, you are likely to hear within 3 month. But, I am following some other forums like trackitt.com and based on that NSC is slower than TSC. Lets hope for the best !!!

Almost 5 months, no sign of approving i485. They are currently processing the petition from June. I guess I have to wait 2-3 months more.

naskojar!!you scared me man :( how about ur EAD/AP? I have been waiting since 2 month. After FP, neither EAD nor 485...tired of checking everyday

Don't worry about EAD/AP. you should get it within 90 days from your received date.

I got mine EAD/AP in the same card after 64 days.

Sajhaketo and I are in the same boat. Have been waiting for EAD since 2 months. No updates after FP. If I would have EAD, that would open the door for some federal/state client

I-485 processing time:
TSC: 4 months
NSC: 7 months.

65th day today and no updates after FP. Any updates guys?

I checked it online. I thought they would send text before updating on portal.

Have you registered with your receipt nos? I think they do if you have configured for text/email alerts.
