im not sun's fan or anything but im just glad that lakers lost. i'll NEVER cheer for ANY team in which kobe plays. some people might call me "kobe hater" which i admit i am but i have reasons not to like that guy. there is no doubt he's a very skilled bball player and probably noone can stop him once he gets going but i just hate his attitude. like i mentioned earlier, he has great skills but he doesn't seem to understand bball is a team game and he cant win a championship without the team's help, all by himself. he's one of the biggest ball hogger in the nba. sure, he scores lots of points but at the end of the day it really doesn't matter how much points he has if his team loses the game. he can score 100 points in the championship game (assuming he'll someday get that far) but if his team loses, it wont mean a thing because other team will take the championship. anyways, that's just my thought. good job suns. what a blowout! 31 points!!

Dude, you're full of shit. Kobe is one pompus, selfish player who can never win without Shaq. I have been watching basketball for 14 years, since the days of Isiah and Magic. I have never seen such a player who tries so hard to be a team player and yet it is so obvious that he doesn't want to. Yeah kobe got 23 on Raja in the first half, but if you pay attention to those, they were all tough shots that kobe made. Raja made him work for every single shot. He didn't give him any lay ups or dunks and a lot of those shots were taken with the shot clock winding down. You can't shut Kobe down, but you can make him work for every single shot, and that way he can't get this team involved and they lose. Ok, a lot of pro laker people are saying hey if Tim Thomas misses the three in game 6, we wouldn't even be talking. What??? Tim Thomas' three didn't win the game for the suns. The Lakers had every chance to win in OT. No one seems to remember that. The Suns put up 21 pts on them in OT. 21!!!! what happened there? It's not like Phoenix miraculously made a three, they were leading througout the game and deserved to win. Speaking of these whinings, hey if Robert horry doesn't make that 3 pointer in game 4 against the kings, the lakers woudn't even have won 3 titles. If Portland didn't self distruct in the last five minutes of the game in game 7 of their western conference finals with LA, and give up a 16 pt lead, the Lakers would have only won 1 title. ITs about time that other teams got the breaks, that LA got throughout their championships runs.

Kobe cannot win without Shaq....and, I think it works the other way round too...Shaq has not won anything without Kobe either.....And, this year does not look any better either....I think Nets has a legitimate chance to beat Miami in 6......Kristic will create a havoc for Shaq...since he is a better perimeter shooter, and still can work inside....Defensively, Nets have 12-18 fould ready to spare on Shaq.....

Now, back to Kobe, point well taken regarding Lakers had chance to do some damage in the OT in game 6, but they kinda unravelled.....since they are such a young team, they could not keep pace with the Suns, and Suns found a new life in OT..and carried over to Game 6.
