Summer is not too far. Despite a busy lifestyle, many of us are striving to get that regal six pack. So why not document our progress? Let's share our pics, tips, and tricks that would be helpful to all of us working on it and motivational to the couch dwellers. What say?

I have already posted this in Punter's post but I would like to reiterate here:

Talking about my diet, it is also not that complicated. In the nutshell, my diet doesn't have a fixed plan. But basically, I also fill my refrigerator and pantry with healthy stuffs-Vegetables like broccoli, lettuce, spinach, green beans,mushrooms, carrots, mustard green, Lemon, cucumber, etc. My morning breakfast usually includes oat meal, 0% fat milk, whole wheat organic bread(avoid cheap ass breads with high fructose corn syrup), egg whites/ organic eggs, almonds, apples. I eat organic chicken breasts/pork chops/ shrimps(mostly grilled but sometimes I bake or cook as curry as well). Banana, strawberry, peach, etc can also be eaten as snacks. Peanuts, Chick peas, lentils, brown rice, whole wheat spaghetti are some other healthy foods that i eat on a regular basis. Tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro need not be mentioned but I did anyway.No soda at all, periodic alcohol consumption should be fine. I totally avoid beer, maybe wine or scotch here and there. Just mix and match these food and you should be on your way.

Nas bro this is what you don't want to do. "Eat less than what you need" doesn't mean skip your meals, rather eat small portion of healthy food 5-6 times a day.

Myth: Skipping Meals Can Help You Lose Weight

Fact: If your body isn't getting enough nourishment, it begins storing fat. Your metabolism also slows down to reserve energy. This is often called "starvation mode". You can lose some weight, but when this happens you end up eating a lot more later on in the day. The weight you lost will just come back.

Continue to eat three meals per day and two healthy snacks if you're watching calories and want to increase your metabolism. It's also recommended that you eat five or six smaller meals during the day. Smaller portions are better digested and used by your body. Eating a well-proportioned meal of fruits, vegetables and lean meats keeps your metabolism in high gear.

Myth: Eat a Large Breakfast, Skip Lunch

Fact: Eating a large breakfast increases your energy level for the morning. It's a good thing if you have an active day planned, but skipping lunch because of this isn't a good idea. Your body needs the noon energy to keep going until dinner. Without it, you may begin to feel tired and sluggish in the afternoon. By dinnertime you may end up eating large portions of everything, including dessert.

यो कार्ड पी. टी. गर्न लाई चै एक बुङ्ग तास लिने अनि एउटा तास तान्ने जुन तास आउछ त्यो एक्सरसाइज तेती नै पटक गर्ने र पुरा बुङ्ग नसकिन्जेल नरोकी गरि राख्ने ।  उधाहरण को लागि स्पेड को १० आयो भने १० पटक बर्पी गर्ने  ।  नोट: १० देखि एस सबै मा १० वा १५ पटक गर्ने  ।

Nice job Nas. One advice: Do not eat processed food. One of the food in you pic looks like processed Turkey, not sure though.
I don't listen to music.It is distracting. Also, try not to rest much during sets or check your phone. Focus for the entire duration of work out.

Namaskar lekheko, namesake bhayecha. (Spell check over smart bhayera; I'll just turn it off from now)
I've been vegetarian for last 14 years. I eat tofurkey, morning farm, boca, and many brands as meat substitute frequently, along with regular dal bhat tarkari. It's a processed food and therefore requires as much effort for stomach as to digest meat. ( May be, hence, energy contained by the body is less, and one becomes hungry again.)

I strongly suggest to watch that documentary if you are serious of losing weight and getting six pack back.

Just my thought.

तपाई को पनि दिएत प्लान क छ येसो शेर गर्नु न म पनि अलि थप घत गर्नु पर्यो ,,

मलाई ताह छ मैले हिजो रति रसकी खान न हुने तर आज एकदम पछुतो भै राको छ, ६ दिन दुख गरेर बोडी बनाउन कोसिस गरेको साले रक्सि ले बिगार्यो,,

Punter bro I prefer either one but that's just my preference... Serious mass is inexpensive $53.99 for 12 lbs @ Vitamin Shoppe but doesn't mix well with water... 100% Whey cost $111.99 for 10 lbs, mix well and taste better...
