Nepali students involved in sex trade in Australia'

Nepali Embassy in Australia has suspected the involvement of Nepali
students in Australia of being involved in flesh trade, Annapurna Post
reported.

Nepali envoy

to Australia Yogendra Dhakal wrote to foreign and finance
ministries on Friday stating the embassy had learnt that girl students
from Nepal were involved in sex trade to meet their cost of living in
Australia.

Dhakal has urged the government to take this issue seriously, as it could
take a worse turn in the wake of the global financial crisis.

In the letter, the embassy has suggested the government to bring
regulations for education consultancies in Nepal, orient Nepali students
properly and ensure that they have funds required for the completion of
studies in Australia before giving a no objection letter.

There are about 17,000 Nepalis in Australia, according to the embassy.
Hundreds of people who were working in good positions in Nepal have also
gone to Australia to do diplomas in courses like hair cutting and cookery
in the pursuit of PR, the letter states.

Well my dear fren there are dirty socks everywhere you go. Some of them local some of them imported. By your logic its ok to have Nepali Prostitutes in Nepal but not to send them elseware without addresing WHY OUR NEPALI ARE INDULGING IN THIS PROFESSION.

One more idea guys.....you may agree with me or not...as I have time and again said in this tread and others...it is their personal choice...they made a choice in life for good or for bad...but why are we so much against prostitution if it is not forced...don't guys sell their service...they sell human labor right?? they lift weight ...they run rikshaw in Nepal...they use human body to serve other and earn living...so what is their wrong in women using their body in providing service to other who want to buy their service...I think..it is a profession created by men...used women for themself and then gave it a wrong name....if it is followed on personal choice and doesn't harm other...its just selling of body part to serve others...whats wrong in it as long as it doesn't harm others...your thought...

As I've repeated again and again, personally I don't care. You have your own opinion. With that said, I congratulate you with your new found pride and your "prostitution is OK" secured self image. When you are outside your country every person is like ambassador of Nepal when they are overseas.  Their bad behaviors can affect the image of whole community. Its not freedom of choice. It dents image of nepal, nepali girls and students overseas.  As  somebody said, if it is freedom of choice than why is prostitution illegal in US. Its time to think. May be it is no more freedom of choice.

For Your information prostitution is Illegal in All States of Australia except NSW.

Not only Australia Nepali girls after stepping out of Nepal are all same. Nepali girls in Few kilometers nearby India for example.
