Moreover, you seem not to have an idea of how the American education system works. Community colleges are the significant contributors to University of California Branches. If you know how to, search Deep Springs. It is a community college, yet, it has one of the highest placements in percentages in Harvard, Princeton, or any other college - you name it, as compared to many traditional liberal arts colleges or national universities.
