--- Since our military is very small and weak with limited man power and ammunition and military hardware, we ALL KNOw that we cannot fight conventional war with India. I will fight prefer to fight guirella war against India using manpower and expertise from Nepalese army and Maoist.

--- I will divide soldiers into two parts...Nepalese army and Napalese Guirella Army ( maoist soldiers). I will send Nepalese army in the border area and inside India to attack against Indian interest. And i will have my guirella army to stay in Nepal's village and jungle and attack Indian's convey and army. I will have no shortage of man power because there will be millions of people in line to voluntare....
--- Of coarse, I will order army to bomb bard all the river damn which are in the border area.
--- Since Nepal's economy is based in India, we will have hard time in everything. Shortage of food, fuel, medicine and many other things. But I will tell Nepalese people to be patient and try to deal with new situation in this war time. I will request them not to do nepal bandh in war time. Country is in war. We have to face many hard things. If there is no Nepal there are no Nepalese.

Well if US or OK wanna take over our country for next 20 years, they need to meet those requirements and promise to keep it.
1. Pump $100 billion dollars in Nepalese economy and increase 20% every year for 20 years.
2. Build Highways and Roads and Trains to each and every village of Nepal.
3. Build us electricity damn wherever possible so that we can sell power to neighbouring countries.
4. Do not use Nepal as their base to attack China. If they wanna ttack India..that is okay.
5. Make atleast 20 international level universities in every big cities of nepal so that we will have international students coming in to Nepal to study.
6. Make our military and police well equipped.
7. Make hospitals.
8. Make 8 lane highway connecting 75 districts head quarter and major cities of Nepal.
9. Give Nepalese people right of freedom of speech, religion.
10. Give Nepalese permanent residency of UK and USA who ever wants to go there.
11. LAST NOT LEAST...HELP NEPALESE GOVERNEMNT BY PROVIDING MILITARY HARDWARE, GUNS, MISSILES AS WELL FIGHTER PLANES AND BOMBS AND TRAIN NEPALESE PILOT IN THE CASE OF WAR WITH INDIA.

If they agree those rules, I dont mind USA or Uk ruling our country for 20 years.
