There is no meaning to debate here.

1) Please ask question to the people who voted Maoist and help to develop largest party of Nepal. Aren't you the people of Nepal? Arn't your family back home one way to other voted Maoist to become in power? So blame to all Nepali people but I think people who are shouting here are not Nepali.

2) Secondly, what if there hadn't been any Maoist in the country. I had always problem with their philosopy, the outdated philosopy in the world but we were poorest country in the world, when King, UML, Nepali congress were ruling. The bad luck of the country is people had to choose Maoist that is more criminal and outdated philosopy.

3) It is not the Maoist supporter who talk about Army, this is the most democratic time in Army. Army was always killer either in Panchayati system or after multip party democracy. So, please help army to become democratic and feel responsibility to the people.

4)Any good person can't rule in Nepal because Nepali can't judge right and wrong, some one is in some party and other in another, so we are technically blind and NAPUNSAK, we need some party to dectect oursleves.

5) Anyone who tried to do good in Nepal are always humiliated because we don't want Nepal prosperous. Our attitute and the attitute of leader are same. There is no difference in attitute.

6) The darkest thing in Nepali history is all the NAPUNSAK don't want to develop Nepal and the problem is the poor Nepali have to vote Maoist who themselves came power with gun. So, it is dark side of Nepali history.

7) So, please help the criminal Maoist or Army to go to International court but recognize who is good and bad for the country. To stay in USA and blame one another is easy but to be realistic is more difficult.

Its too late to talk about the last election of Nepal..where the Maoists "won." So manhy things are wrong with the whole "interim" government and everything they have done.

To a certain degree, we can blame the STUPID political parties for have  created the election in which they themselves LOST.

Makalekancha- you are right, these Maoists need to be punished for killing 15,000 innocent Nepalis. They cannot represent Nepal and Nepalis with the Terrorist tag on themselves. It is an insult to our nationality, nation, and people.

Baburam's been made PM in the very vested interest of India in Nepal. RAW has manoeuverd to annex at least terai of nepal by the end of 2015 AD. RAW in the past has played decissive role in the annexation of sikkim to india and disintegration of Pakistan into bangaladesh. If someone knows about how Sikkim was annexed to india it is apparent to him/her whatever is happening in Nepal now happened in Sikkim. Emmigrant Nepalese community was instrumental in the annexation of sikkim in india as madhesis are being now in case of Nepal. Read SMASH AND GRAB everything will be crystal clear about what india wants in Nepal.

If you remember secret tryst amongst RAW, madhesi leaders and madhesi military outfit in Delhi some 2 months ago, this is the reason Baburam's been made PM to execute all those underlying agenda. Agreeing to sync 10000 madhesis in Nepal army is a part of this. It's being done because if they need any military power in future for separatist movement in terai.

I dont think the govt of baburam is formed for the sikkimization of Nepal. It could be a conspiracy theory though.
If, for a moment , we assume that baburam govt is a part of RAW's vested interest, I think we need to go a few years back. If India is/was planning to annex Nepal slowly, then a major step was  taken with the help of 'Durbar Massacre'.
No one can believe that a person can kill his mother and father just because he was not allowed to marry a girl of his choice OR due to a greed of few crore rupees commission for the purchase of arms and ammunitions for the then 'Royal' Nepal Army. Anyone can say that there was a bigger interest. If I have to list the involved parties, I can make a three level of involvement.
a) A foreign power ( possibly india, which many people suspect):  Until the time of former King Birendra , monarchy was a number one champion of nationalist cause in Nepal. This  is agreed by almost all the political forces in Nepal. So, Birendra was killed as it would be easier for that foreign power to operate in Nepal.
b) a secondary force which was convinced by the above mentioned foreign power that he will get a full support if mission accomplished. So, this secondary force did everything to make the incident happen.
c) plan executioner: some people say it is Dipendra, some say there was somebody else. Whoever he is, he did everything according to the direction of the secondary force mentioned above. I hope no one agrees that there was a 'swachalit hatiyar' which went on 'bhata ...ta.. ta..' by itself.

So, If there is any indian grand design to annex Nepal, there has to be a thorough investigation of Durbar Massacre, which i cant see happenning anytime soon.

About the Maoist attrocities during so called 'people's war', I dont think there is anyone who supoorts their killing of innnocent and unharmed people like 'teacher-Mukti Nath Adhikari'. There are many other cases and I strongly believe that those involved should be tried in a court of law. There is no reason in giving them a general amnesty.
I have also seen, three people of the same family killed by the Nepal Army. First one was said to be killed while he was completely unarmed. Security forces killed him after they took him for an 'interrogation'. After the first member was killed, rest of the two young adult joined the maoist militia and were killed during armed attacks. I dont have anything about those later two, because they were armed and they were the ones who went to attack security post. But, the first one lost his life for nothing, just being a maoist supoorter (?). I guess it was obvious on the part of second and third person to join maoist army after thier brother was killed without any apparent reason. 'ragat ko badala ragat bhanchan ni'. Theoretically, i strongly believe that we should not go for 'ragat to badala ragat' but, I am not sure what would I do if that occurs to my family.

I support the people who believe that 'only the victim can forgive', that is the close relatives of people who were killed. If the victim do not forgive, they should be tried in a court. Whenever there is a case killing an unarmed person, that should not be left unanswered in the name of political consensus and peace.

Lastly, the bigger question of making prachanda and baburam responsible for the killing of 13000 and trying them in international criminal court: i dont think that will solve the problem, if they are tried, the government leadership that was in place during that time will also be dragged into because there are many cases caused by security forces that can not fall under the domain of international human right practices. So, the only solution could be a strong National reconcillian and truth commission, though it will take tens of years to fully get ride of traces of conflict and pain.

Nalapani- You are 100% correct that the Baburam government is formed due to RAW's vested interest, there is no doubt about it. Anybody who doesn't believe this is because they do not want to beleive this.
