What is going on with your I-485 status if you've filed EB I-485 between July 1 and August 17, 2007, especially in EB3 category.

Here is my updates:

PD: 02/16/2006 (EB3)

I-485 filed in July 19, 2007.

EAD approved - Sept 28, 2007

Finger print (code3) done: Oct 12, 2007

Advance Parole approved - Oct 19, 2007

My lawyer says it's gonna take a while to get I-485 approved.

Please share your updates.

Moksh, that's what they say. This AC21 180 days rule isnot clearly defined, but you can switch your employer after 180 days. Some people say "Notice date" and some say "receipt date". I guess there's no fact date. Some people switch job before 180 days as well.
