I think we should not be scolding the person who assembled all those data. Afterall, why do we have to deny the data itself? It's right there.. and it tells the other side of the story, I guess.

well may be it is correct but you should not neglect he has attempted or dared to do that no nepalese have tried before.Even if he says 10000 and rides only 5000 ..isn't it great in itself that it is 5000???He did suffer lot of set backs and he is still going on .. We should be proud of him ..not allege him..whatever he has done is applaudable.

The math in statistics is not of big importance; it is the courage and determination that must be lauded in Puskhar Shah. It would be dead wrong to think that Puskhar is just trying to add the miles. On the contrary, he loves what he is doing; he is enjoying it, and all together he is accomplishing the unique record in the world! Never had I seen your or talked to you, but yours is a heroic journey. Your are a real Nepali, Puskhar dai, and for that I salute you!

Karmarana, why are you worried about his mileage and sht, Leave his as* alone and let him do what he is doing, if you have guts do something better than him instead of pulling his legs.Do it and make him guilty. About$ 55000 Donations and needs to clearify where he spent, Is this your dad who gave him money or you think this is government's money where he needs to clearify. Don't worry on someone elses personal life

Those who have nothing good to say about Pushkar shah should STFU!! The man is a courageous nepali,he atleast had the courage to start a journey unlike u guys who post wise stuffs here in sajha and think they are the ones who should run Nepal, have u ever dared to go cycling for even 100 km?? Try cycling for 100 km first and post your stuffs here.I as a Nepali have a lot of respect for a guy like Pushkar Shah...because of him there are people in this world who know something about Nepal atleast.I respect him for that and I respect him as a great athlete.I havent had the opportunity to donate something to him but one day if I got the chance I surely will and after that also I wont cry like a looser here in sajha .

I just finished checking the all the threads appeared on Sajha on Pushkar Shah and $$$$$ at - http://www.geocities.com/pushkarshah11 Man, it seems an extensive discussions took place then when Pushkar was not leaving USA at all and roaming all over collecting money. Probably because of Sajha discussion, a good thing happened and Pushkar had to ultimately leave USA and continue his journey. So that's a positive thing happened in Sajha which saved Pushkar to keep on continuiung his journey.

Kali Kali, Sajha was not even running when Puskar made his first trip to USA, So this doesnot have anything to do about sajhabadi on his trip, Some folks on Sajhabadi are nothing but just pyar pyare, like nepali politicians who is used to pulling someone legs and can't stand someone making a improvement in their life. No there is nothning to do with sajha and Puskar's cycling plan

Mike Bibby, I think you are wrong to say that Sajha was not even running when Pushakr made trip to USA... actually sajha was running even before that. Check the links Saroj pasted above... discussion took place during the entire period when Pushkar was living in USA for perhaps more than 1 and a half year?

Bornfree, Q. Were you aware of achieving this feat before you started? Shah: I can’t say now. On November 29, 1998 I set out on an 11-year-long journey to capture my dream, the dream of riding 3,90,000 kilometres on my bicycle to spread the message of peace and hope for my country and for the world. Do the math

So basically sajha discussions chased Pushkar Shah out of USA ? It could be valid reason.

In a way, I found this Pushkar Shah more like a LUCHCHA, after reading all the discussion postings.

Kali Kali, Curse the nepali corrupted politicians who have literally killed poor Nepali people and who have bank balance in America not a nepali chhora Puskhar Shah. Not to be personal here, but if you are not one of the luccha neta's daughter, you have to work here in the US when one is in the US. I work here so that I can go to school. Now what you tell me? Are you going to tell me I am a luchha, too? Or you are going to tell me I am robbing America? Pukhar is from a poor family. He is not luchha neta's son to have millions of dollars in the bank that is enough to bike the world. Yes, there are people who are not luchha and give help him in anyway they can...money or otherwise (even the good words! Most Nepali are not luchha for good words)..Despite that, he sometimes has to eat SUNATALA KO BOKRA to survive; and he is a Nepali, a real Nepali who is content with all that! And who dares to paddle 100 miles a day! Do you feel very tired when you DRIVE for 100 miles and crave for a cold soda?
