So with Federal Notice set to publish today, do you think we should immediately apply for EAD and Advance Parole? or wait a few weeks? Suggestions are appreciated!!

@Samjhana1990 No i didn't file for TPS AP. I just applied for TPS EAD around second week of July. Have not received any letters of confirmation yet.
But DMV in Watertown,MA didnt even know what TPS was. The supervisor wouldnt even listen to what i was trying to say.
Thankfully got a job in NH and moved there. Was expecting the same situation but DMV in Concord,NH was aware od the situation and converted (renewed)my out of state licencse until march 2020.

FYI: TPS AP documents produced today. They received on June 28. So 40 days on my case.

Which ROUTE is safe or easy for us on Travel Parol if we are travelling to Nepal? What about layover in CANADA or HONG KONG or ISTANBUL or DUBAI? Please drop in your thoughts. Would be beneficial for many. I heard Canada needs visa??? Is it the same with Hong kong too?

So the TPS case hearing is tomorrow, not sure what the result will be!!!

They won’t make decision tomorrow. It may take days, weeks and months. Worst case scenario the TPS related docs will be ineffective after March 2020 until the final decision from 9th circuit .

@Daveraaz: You need visa for Canada. Not sure about Hong Kong. But from what I've heard and seen: China is the best route.

Did anybody receive their EAD recently? it’s been now nearly more than 60 days and the case still says received, Are they planning to send our EAD during March 2020 only, so frustrating 😓

Looks like they are either delaying or denying.

Hello all,
I did apply EAD on June 24 but i got my form returned back after a month because of wrong amount. so, I did submit it back again on July 26. On Sep 6, my case status shows the card is being produced. Hopefully, everyone will receive their EAD card soon. good luck all.

But why they are not producing EAD as per the received date? It feels like they are doing a lucky draw. Many people who applied around May still have not received the card yet. It’s frustrating . Most of us cannot change the employer because of this , not all understand the TPS concept. Not sure what else can we do apart from waiting.
