Also, if you have not applied for EAD with new date make sure to check your E-Verify status. It may not have been adjusted with new information. I had to contact DHS as my new employee was contacted my DHS for mismatching information in EAD.

My case was received on May 21, and it still says just received lol

@Donut: that's so unusual, but happy for you.
I read a news today that even OPT EADs delivery/processing are heavily delayed this year around. Few students waiting for OPT have reported that it has already been more than 120 days. So, pretty sure it is the USCIS that might have heavy load of documents to process or facing some problem that is leading to this delay.
Lastly, I am waiting for EAD. Got my notice of action in mail on 1st July.

My advance parole has been approved yay!!! but my ead is still pending.!!!

If anybody is curious, my AP has validity till March 24, 2020

@pyackman damn! My license is about to expire soon but when i used my AP and came back I have a new I-94 with Dec 2019 date on it. Do you think I can use my new i-94 number to renew my license?

So in the state of texas, they just input your USCIS number, that is in any kind of immigration document, and whatever their system comes back with is what you get. USCIS does not update their system too often which is why they do the second verification in which a person calls USCIS and confirms your legal status and the date. But DMV is a state department and every state has different ways they do business.

@pyackman: thank you! I will take both I-94 and my previously approved TPS with my ead and the federal notice. Did you go to the plano DMV?

@sexyindhakatopi - new i-94 has helped couple of my friends in the state of Minneapolis and Wisconsin to renew DL. They just look at the Passport and the new i-94 and issue a DL with the expiry date that is on the new i-94

@jhilke-dai: thank you! I will take my passport with paroled stamp on it. Lets hope they will give me a new license at least with the expiration date which will match with my I-94.

Just an update: I was able to renew my Drivers License with my new I-94 number. I used AP to travel last year and i just realized that I-94 is sufficient to prove the lawful status per DMV here in texas.

So I was trying to check my case status on USCIS and this is what I got: IT WAS REPORTED TO US THAT YOUR IP ADDRESS OR INTERNET GATEWAY HAS BEEN LOCKED OUT FOR A SELECT PERIOD OF TIME. THIS IS DUE TO AN UNUSUALLY HIGH RATE OF USE. IN ORDER TO AVOID THIS ISSUE, PLEASE CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT (SINGLE APPLICANT) OR A REPRESENTATIVE ACCOUNT (REPRESENTING MANY INDIVIDUALS).

Just use incognito, it works.

I renewed my drivers license in concord,nh with my EAD(exp 6/24/19). The ladies at dmv in concord,nh knew about TPS and also had a document about extended EAD for Tps. I took federal notice to show them but they already knew about it. License renewed until 3/23/2020.
