The service center is Nebraska and I put a(12) on the EAD form.

Yah I checked it there and it says they got the fee for biometric and on the other one they said they received my case and its in pending

Wats the last update date on urs mines at july 21st...may be they are still working on ours..hopefully they will do it by Monday or Tuesday

I called the USCIS office to check on status. they were, well TPS to Nepal is approved. so seems like for c( 19), ead cards are produced after TPS finalisation as c(19) is temporary treatment benefits.

Actually we don't know why some of the EAD are being delayed. So far, people who got their biometric on July 29,30,31 are not getting any status change, but most of the people who had on August 5,6,7 got their status changed. I don't think it's because of a12, or c19. I had biometric on July 29th and put a12, but nothing so far.

@KhateBuda did they say anything about your status?

c19 is not the issue. I can confirm that.

One reason that could be the time of stay in US. Longer the stay, FBI might take long time to do background check, not sure tho. Just saying :)

c19. For everyone who had their biometrics done before Aug 1, did you guys went in the day of your appointment or early ? Also are all cases forwarded to Nebraska Center or they are sent elsewhere too?

I did early then on notice.

I don't really see a reason why, but maybe it has to do with processing delays with unscheduled appointments, some has taken their biometrics in different ASC than mentioned on letter, may be this causes them some processing issues too. Shouldn't really be assuming just a guess though.
