We are here again. 2 weeks (or should I say 12 days) left for Football season. 

The AP ranking is out,
as always SEC rules but we have 2 teams from PAC-12 in top 5.
After 2 missed postseasons, USC is ranked No. 1...Will it live to the hype. 
LSU without honeybadger, ....
How will the raligned teams perorm?
what about penn state after scandal and Urban Meyer's new home Ohio state?


What about some preseason titles:

1. Overrated team...
2. Underrated..
3. team that will be in top 5 in the end of the season (not in top 10 now)
4. team out of ranking which is in top 10 now...
5. National champs...

oh.....college football is here again...how nice and how exciting it is for all of us !!!

As a BAMA fan perspective, i dont have a problem with preseason rankings. Preseason top rankings put a unwanted pressure for the team. But still think, LSU is best overall team right now.
Ohio state is not getting to championship for this year and florida state wont make it either so most likely will be Bama-LSU winner and USC- Oregon winner will be playing for national championship.

Can i say USC is overrated for its offence ??? Their defensive line sucks.  I think Texas will surprise lot of folks this season.

And all along the tradition of preseason favorite not winning the Heisman, Matt Barkley wont win this year.

Well... waiting for Bama to kick off against Michigan state on september 1st saturday night. Good Luck guys for yr fav teams.

LSU got that beating last year and you guys still think they will play for national championship  this year ?  and with  important piece of defense missing ?

i dont think USC is overrated, they have packed a lot muscles , esp the QB, reciever and now the RB from Penn state.

Sooners have been out of the mix lately, so they might surge back with their start QB.

I also believe Clemson is on upset alert and even Bama ( I believe they are playing in Cowboys stadium and only 4 defensive starters are back this year and Denard Robinson is a beast in his day). Those two matched will be interesting in the first week.

 Somehow the prediction for game between Georgia and Buffalo was entered twice for plzhelp that's why he got 6 points for that. I have removed the extra prediction and now it should be fine. I have put in logic to not allow 2 entries but not sure how it got in... will have to check again when I have some time (if it happens again). Thanks for playing and thanks for the diligence Shivanagar.

As I already said, ACC gives you drama...I like the Vtech/ Georgia tech game what a drama. 
So, no upsets on any top 25 team. Some near upsets though. and some blowouts ...

Next week
I am not seeing any big games (at least by ranking)..and Its bad way to generalize as we saw last week, Gtech.Vtech game was a lot better than Alabama/Michigan

Should I say Nebraska/UCLA? that is my upset pick

What about Missouri debut to SEC against Georgia and Texas AM's debut against Florida..Both could be upset, but I am not picking those, specially Florida..
