Why NRNs are adamant about dual citizenship when India and China are prospering without dual citizenship granted to NRIs and NRCs returning to their country? They just allow residency. 
Does these NRN wanted to capture all government jobs? Aren't there lots of other areas to develop in Nepal? Do they want to be a politician one day?

I hope you are genuinely asking this question, not because you are sour that you didn’t get the visa to go abroad OR you just want to divide the country (further) into two groups.
If yes, then I will engage myself in this discussion.

Before you ask us why we want this, let me ask you why you are against it? Do you fear that we will take over your jobs? Are you afraid that people here are more qualified? Let me break it to you, many of the folks in Nepal are equally qualified, if not more, and nobody needs to be afraid of this small group of NRNs.
One of the legit fear has been stemming from Indians who could take citizenship of Nepal, but last I checked, India only allows OCI which is not exactly a dual-citizenship. Same with China; so what exactly is the problem here?

Now, to answer your question about why I like Dual citizenship, I want a legitimate and easier way of dealing with everything immigration. The only reason I am not a citizen of USA is because I don’t want to give up my citizenship of Nepal, I am well aware that many Nepalis currently hold both Nepal and second country (US, UK) citizenship; that’s illegal and I don’t support that. To me getting the dual citizenship is just a natural course of preference; it is easier for me to do everything. I don’t want your government position; I sure as heck don’t want to participate in your politics of dhunga-muda. But it will help not just my travel to Nepal easier but with US passport, my travel to any other country in the world is much easier.

Nepal goverment has given 10 years visa like OCI. So why still dual citizenship why? If NRN has invested the money they are holding as a bargaining chip in Nepal few years ago, so many people would have got jobs and saved manpower. I think they will take that money with them in heaven.

How can they enter Nepal with Nepali passport when they get departure stamp in USA passport? Will they get arrival stamp in Nepali passport in Nepal? and then when they return, do they get departure stamp in USA passport? Because USA will see your arrival and departure dates to and from Nepal in your passport. This is how they use 2 passport? If american goverment find out they will be in deep shit? 
It is mentioned in both india and china's law that they need to rescind USA or whatever countries citizen to get india and china citizen?

I have answered most of your questions above. Before we discuss further, tell me why you are opposing it? Give me one good reason why you are completely against it?

Why am I opposing dual citizenship because of NRNs greed for it for the past 5 or more years. You get the right to buy land and open business. The so called educated NRNs does not even know any idea of investment in Nepal? Cannot they learn from internet how india and china are developing? How does foreigners are working and investing in Nepal?  What kind of hassel will they have in investment? Government said they will protect any kind of investment. What kind of 100% security you all want? Does USA provide 100% security to you? You don't even know when USA will be like former russia. Cannot you all take 5% risk?

Ask not what your country can give you but ask what you can give back to your country.

 Remittance that go to villages are mostly from those Nepalese who work in the gulf countries. Do the gulf countries give any kind of citizenship to foreigners?  Not even if you stay there for 10000 years. So they always have Nepali citizenship? 

Most money you earn in USA,uk, aus are spent there. 

How many Nepalese are citizens of other countries? Just few thousands. How many do any good to Nepal? Fewer than that? So why many people need Nepali citizenship is for personal benefit not for the country dude.  May be out of few 1000, 100 want to invest in Nepal. For 100 is it feasible to change the law? 
 
Those who are so desperate for dual citizen are in their retirement age. Now they want to take all the benefits from USA , Aus,Uk. Gov and retire in Nepal. Or some may want to do politics coz they are hungry for position. They want to get recognized respected.
NRN  buy house in USA or aus or uk. They get all the  benefits from those countries. They want to go to Nepal but they have a greed for their  SSN and other benefits after retirement. 

How about NRNs children ? Most of them don't know Nepali. What contribution they give to Nepal after they grow up? 

Tell me what you cannot do without dual citizenship in nepal besides voting and taking government job? Besides why you even want gov jobs when you can earn in private sector? 

Most. NRN go to Nepal only when their parents are dead to do dahasanskar. Why to give dual citizen to NRN who don't have courage to leave the materialist world and go back to their motherland. Dual citizen bhaye pain farkine Honiara kyare,it will just a paper shoved inside file.

 Back in 2006 a lot of  NRI sold everything in us, aus,uk and went back to stay in India and work. Do they have dual citizen? No. 

The same time housing market start collapsing all over us,  uk. 
I think south Korea also does not allow dual citizen. South korea is also developed by their non residents. Nepali NRN lai desh ok Banda personal benefit nai badhi chahine. Kati facility chahine. Alikatita ta afule pain sacrifice garna saknu parchani yedi desh ko testai maya cha bhaye.

The reason people like MNO don't want NRNs to have dual citizenship is because of jealousy that there are other Nepali people who are doing way better than him/them. 

Let me illustrate this flawed mentality. If I have a car, and mno does not, that automatically makes me a bad guy. If I have a house and he lives in an apartment, I'm the bad dude. If I make more money than him, if I'm more successful, if I've been to Egypt and he hasnt', if I've got a Masters, and he got a Bachelors degree, if I have five fingers and he got four cuz he lost one to an unfortunate incident of his own control, if I can afford to buy my son a new bicycle, if I have a job that lets me work from home occasionaly, if I am ANYTHING different than him, then I'm a bad guy.

So, you're in America? You must have it so easy huh? Fck you, stay out of my country while I smoke weed, drink and do absolutely nothing to make the situation better.

What is the benefit to Nepal if given citizenship to those retirees? How many young generations have US citizenship who want to go back and work there?  

Investments are flowing in even without dual citizenship. So why need for it? If you don't need why waste time in amending rules. Better invest that time in thinking about developments.

Don't NRN have Plan B if Plan A fails?

I'm in US but I support mno's view in this regard. We nepalese just know to make demands rather than making the most of the given situations. As far as I know, Nepalese government has started giving 10 years visa as well as all the rights of a citizen (except for the right to vote) to the NRNs. So, it is sufficient if we want to invest or have properties in Nepal. And if we are desparate for Nepalese Citizenship, we can always withdraw the foreign citizenship and get the nepali one. So what else do we need? DUITTAI HAAT MA LADDO or CHICHI PANI PAPA PANI? Sad to say but this is the basic nature of we Nepalese.
