I want to make clear in the first place this is not funny but I know the solution can be funny. These days I am having strange problem.


I sleep enough at night (6-8)hours but still I feel sleep, tired and lazy all the time at work. Any solutin to get rid of that.

I used to drink Red Bull every day but I got addicted to it and it was hard for me to leave so I dont do it anymore. About mobile change


hmm are u talking about that...? then I do change that at least twice a month or more if its something else let me know dude.

One possible ground may be you're not healthy enough, may be. Go see the doctor and have them check your blood sugar, blood pressure etc. I heard the more common reason of fatigue is blood pressure or sugar.


Try consuming more nutritious food than usual. Eat enough fruits, vegetables etc.


And if you drink alcohol regularly, try not to or limit it.

Man just needs to do 3 things:

Eat.

Exercise.

Sleep.

Try not to break the cycle, they're all fundamental units (exercise being the underdog here. and yes, sex counts as exercise!)

I think I need to provide more about me here as I can read in the comments.


Well, Its not exercise thing I guess because I do exercise almost daily, at least I want half an hour or I ride bike for 30 minutes...I am not even fat, I am just fit and fine, I am sure quite healthy, dint take any medicine or got sick since I came here and its already been more than 3 years.


About food, hmmm I eat vegetables but of course like everyone I do meat the most. I eat every kind of food (indian, chineese, italians, american, thai) not only Nepali dal bhaat tarkari. I do drink but not excessive sometimes with friends only, may be once a week or once in a two weeks, rarerly twice a week. I am not addicted to it that I drink alone just for fun in gathering. u know what I mean anyway right.


Thats the main problem, I dont have any problems and I amhaving problem...

GC Dude,


If you are exercising right, eating right, and have no depressing problems (besides this on!) then you should definitely go to the doctors to get a check up...dont want to worry you but sometimes even though u seem fit as a fiddle, there could maybe be some underlying health issue that is affecting you. So just as a precaution or to find out some clues, please go get a medical check up. These days you really cant be too complacent.

Tension naliyera ho ki bhanna paryo testo nindra lageko lagekai bhayeko ki kaso? sathi i also had problems like that until last week... midterm ayo, dherai padhna parne bhayo so automatically change bhayo sab kura.. achel chai sutnai man lagdaina.. coffee helps you to keep awake.. basically you need to try hard for a few days.. tespachi bani parcha.. sarir bhaneko jasto banayo testai bancha tara tehi ho dherai pelyo bhane chai birami sirami parincha.

Low on Iron "anaemia" can be the cause..Red meat..Midium Red..Steak khanu paryoo..any high in iron food.....


Iron is an important dietary mineral that is involved in various bodily functions, including the transport of oxygen in the blood. This is essential in providing energy for daily life. Iron deficiency means less oxygen is delivered to the cells. This can lead to fatigue, tiredness,sleepyness, and decreased immunity.


Treatment for iron deficiency anaemia includes adding iron-rich foods to the diet and may also mean taking iron supplements for up to 12 months under medical supervision.


High-risk groups such as vegetarians, adolescent girls and women athletes need to eat iron-rich foods each day (combined with foods that are high in vitamin C).


  • Wholegrain cereals, meat, poultry and fish are good sources of dietary iron.
  • Liver is an especially rich source of iron, Choose iron-fortified breakfast cereals and breads.
  • Vegetarians who exclude all animal products from their diet may need almost twice as much dietary iron each day as non-vegetarians. Sources include dark green leafy vegetables – such as spinach – and raisins, nuts, seeds, beans, peas, and iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas.
  • Vitamin C increases iron absorption, so eat more brightly coloured fruits and vegetables.
  • Cut back on the amount of tea and coffee you drink, especially around mealtimes, since the tannins in tea and coffee bind to the iron and interfere with absorption.

    I think there is nothing wrong with you man. It seems that you just need some time off. Take a vacation from your regular schedual. Go to a road trip or do what you normally dont do . Divert your mind from your usual stuff at lease for a week if thats possible. Now its time for a spring break. Just chill out and go to the beach. Trust me you'll feel like a new man again. You just need to rejuvinate yourself. thats it.

    I liked all the suggestions, everyone have some point, I need to think which can be my problem. Specially I liked crazy boi, commando and rockey they have strong point.


    I cannot take break right now but anyway every weekends I am off so I hope that helps and luckily today is friday so good friday to everyone buddies, hope you enjoy alot, I have small party in my apartment if you guys wanna join?, ani commando le bhane jasto garum ki jasto pani lagecha tara teso garyo bhane if I have problem as crazy boi said then that will be harmful I guess, coz coffee, tea are not good if I have low iron in my body.


    Lets see what more suggestions I will get, Today I am trying to follow what commando said having more coffee and try hard not to feel sleepy.

    I think I found out the solution,


    seems like I dont have any problem, just dont have enough work load at office so I am feeling like this because in friday and weekends I dint feel so and today I am trying not to feel also. Just need to focus more and whenever I feel like that I eat something or go out or walk or something other than sitting in my cubical.


    I am hoping whatever I am saying is right and have no problem at all.
