I actually agree with the thrust of his conversation: man created god and not the other way around.

God is a root of all problem.
Look at all the problems caused by GOD (regilion).
In the name of Islam, jihadist are born.
Look at Hinduism. Dalits are treated so bad and are abused.

Who is this bearded dude? Osama bin laden ko relative ho? But he looks kinda healthier than mr. laden.

He he ... there is a faint resemblance but that's where the similarities end : one is too much in favor of god and the other probably a little too much against him

The concept/existence of God was not that bad when the concept originated.

People back in the day (as far back as the Stone Age when there were no lawyers or rules of law) created God for an array of reasons, for instance, to refrain unscrupulous and lazy hunters from stealing an honest man's kill. Back then, the fear of God held back people from giving in to their illicit temptations and thereby created order in the society. That's how, the theory of God served a great purpose.

Fast forward to the modern times, most on top-of-the-food chain did not spare the idols of God to smuggle them to places where high prices are awaiting the loots.
For now, the concept of God seems like a privilege for a select few breed of humans to commit heinous crimes.

TM - In my opinion, God is ultimately a matter of choice and not debate. Discussions about god started thousands of years ago and will continue for another thousand years.
