Student at the University of Indianapolis, Subash Rai, a Nepali national has been arrested in relation to a shooting incident which led to the death of Ghamdan Abolohom from the same university. Police believe that the shooting was accidental and that the friends involved had no hatred against each other. Subash Rai was charged with reckless homiside, University of Indianapolis reports in its mourning speech.

Omg, I hope he does nt fall into deep trouble. Since it was an accident, law will probably be soft to him. Hope he gets out of it quickly.

but, just wondering how it was an accident? why/how a student at a college gets a gun? even he gets, why/how he plays with it? even he does, how he triggered on the chest of others, not on the wall?

is it like a vehicle accident (according to US law), so that he can so easily escape from any penalty? do US authorities learn any lesson from such incidences? Why don't they ban the selling of guns to ordinary people so that further accidents could be avoided?
