Many of you own a car or cars and even if you dont own a car you must have noticed on your car license plate has your state (or province) slogan written on it. I'm trying to interpret them into Nepali for fun.

For example:
For the state of Illinois registered license plate I'm very familiar and I know it's:
Illinois- "Land of Lincoln" or "Lincoln ko khet" or "Lincoln ko karma bhumi"

I will try to fill up as much as I can and I would be happy if you can write down the ones of the state or province that you live in.

ONTARIO province (Canada)-"Yours to discover"
or
"Aanveshan ( pattha) lagaunee jimmha (kaam) timrai"

Maryland - "Treasure the cheseapeake"
washington Dc - "Taxation without representation"
Newyork - "The empire state"
Florida - "The sunshine state"

Netaa_ji, it is a funny topic.Thanks.But, in many places you have just listed the slogans in English..that is no fun..no bueno.Translate them in Nepali.For Georgia, it should be Aru ko Rajya...not Alubakhada.
