i thought once you are enrolled in TPS your spouse automatically gets TPS visa because us has signed the Universal Decleration of Human rights which states you cannot separate spouse under this law thats why if you have f1 spouse gets autimatic f2 , h1 -h4 , l1 -l2 n so on . so once your are enrolled in tps ur wife dont have to apply b1/2 she can automatically comes to usa under advance payroll , is this not true? jsu asking my few doubts . i have a very strong urge of marrige in neap future and bring wife here
