However, USCIS has not given any further information as of now. I keep on checking the case number multiple times a day but there is no update. I have also checked with my lawyer but even he doesn't have any idea when I'll get the final approval letter. My current company had applied for my H-1B under the Master's cap. I am currently working on TPS. I have already received my Canadian visa (just in case, to go outside of the country for H-1B visa stamping because my lawyer said adjustment of status is not possible in my case since I only have TPS and no other status). TPS pahila I was working under OPT.

Has anyone received their approval (or any RFE) after your application passed the lottery for this year's H-1B program? I'd really appreciate any help or insights you can provide.

Good Luck for you H1b, tara yedi tapainko major mildaina bhane cha H1b ko aash nagareko ramro hai. Milcha bhane there should be no worries. Also EVC model ho bhane pani aajkal H1 approve huna ekdum garo cha. Just be aware.

Fortunately, it doesn't affect green card applications as of now. But USCIS is really after H1b dependent employers who employ candidates in EVC model.

The project I'm working on right now is contracted by my employer directly with the end client. And I work at the client's site, on my employer's W2. So technically, you can say I don't have any middle-men or layers. Does this help me (in a positive way) with the EVC model kura haru?

This helps a little bit. Here are three things to consider:

1.) Do you have a Client Letter? If no then it is almost certain for H1b denial.
2.) Matching Degree as per the job responsibilities? If no then its very hard to get your H1 approved.
3.) Level 1 and Level 2 wages? You will certainly get RFE but it can be approved with proper explanation.

If you have taken care of all three mentioned above and a strong client letter, I do not see any issues with getting your H1 approved.

@ StatusPidit Are you sure you cannot adjust status from TPS to H1b or GC without leaving the country . If anyone has some insight that would be very helpful .

It depends upon how you got into TPS and how you are maintaining your TPS. I jumped to TPS after my OPT expired. I already checked with my lawyer who confirmed I must leave the country and reapply when I’m eligible to apply for H-1B or GC status change.
