Hi, Could someone plz help me in which address do I have to send registration tps form? Earlier one was issued from Nebraska Serive center but in the federal Register it shows chicago. Help would be appreciated 🙏

I think you can. However, I've always made multiple checks 'cuz I got a lot of checks but I don't get a chance to write them that much.

Form I-821. What do we say for below question? My OPT has expired and currently only on TPS \w EAD.

@rupa...there is no fee for i821.Just need to send one check for i765 plus 85 dollars biometric fee which can be combined in one check.

Is layover at a different country for a few hours considered?

@ khokho Layover doesn't count entry as you didn't officially stepped out of that airport

Will HR be okay with the Federal Notice? I'm worried I didn't receive my EAD as it was lost by USPS i called USCIS but they didn't want to replace EAD unless i pay the fee. Of course i didn't but my HR were nice enough to rely on the EAD approved notice...

Employment Authorization Document (EAD) Auto-Extended Through: June 24, 2019. What does this mean? Do we not have to file I-765 for work Permit ?

USCIS has automatically extended the validity of employment authorization documents (EADs) issued under the initial designation of TPS for Nepal for an additional 6 months, through Dec. 21, 2018. If you are a TPS beneficiary under the Nepal designation and your EAD is based on your TPS status with an original expiration date of June 24, 2018, your EAD is covered by this automatic extension.
