Congratulations to the rejoicing Republicans, and the confused Johnson/Stein supporters. But most importantly, congratulations to the BernieOrBusters. You did it!!! Now savor every single day of Trump presidency.

Bernie voters are myth. They r lazy so they r also lazy showing up in polls for sure. No nepali student has incurred huge student debt even when paying international fees, they work double shift go full time school go ask any hardworking foreign students from poor countries, bernie's millennium incurs huge student loan while earning credit in Arts school everyday partying showering in Beers. can't have both ways !!

This election was won in the upper-Midwest. Guess who (other than Trump) had policy proposals and outspoken audacity to stick it to consummate Washington insiders ? By the way, thanks DNC for rejecting change.

I will support Mr. President only when he builds a wall or ban all Muslim. I don't like both the ideas but I will support him if he fulfills at least one of them. I'm giving him not only 1 years but entire 4 years . My challenge is he will not but I want him to prove me wrong. C'mon Mr. President.

Clinton brought Jay-Z and Beyonce to her rally in the last night of campaign for what? Jay-z!? The guy whose songs/raps are mostly about hate crime, promoting violence, guns, sexism, calling women all sort of names, pimping out women, etc. How is that moron going to change the mind of any average undecided voters... just because he is Jay-Z? Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, and bunch of other celebrities endorsement for Clinton and media backlash against Trump didn't help either. I think the clinton campaign that was busy trying to cover up her flaws and mistakes tried to do too much and it kind of annoyed majority of undecided voters. I personally don't like the idea of dragging celebrities in political rallies/campaigns. How would they know what an average American want beside promoting their leftist agenda? As shocking as this election was, it was also a big statement to those so called experts and political establishments who took the american votes for granted. Despite of having Clinton way ahead in so many polls before the election night, Trump still won by landslide. This only goes to prove that you should not always rely on media and their polls don't mean sh*t. I hope this election sends message to all those political establishments and media that they need to be more connected with american people.

@ne0, I didn't get the point of that video but I'm sincerely sorry for taking out my frustrations on you. I'm still struggling to wrap my head around the outcome of this election. @Burga-flippa, The recreational marijuana might come in handy to survive the next four years for many people. @sajhamitra, There is going to be a GOP president, with a GOP controlled house and a GOP controlled senate. Now who can stop them from implementing whatever crazy idea pops into Trump's head?

@mily, Re:"There is going to be a GOP president, with a GOP controlled house and a GOP controlled senate. Now who can stop them from implementing whatever crazy idea pops into Trump's head?" there is ZERO difference between politicians from both parties. the democrats will use the exact same dirty political tricks and tactics republicans used when Obama and democrats won everything in 2008. How many of Obama's crazy ideas and campaign promises was he able to implement thanks to the republican minority? frankly there is ZERO difference between the supporters of both parties as well. we are hearing and seeing the exact same bitchin' n moanin' about anything and everything horrible imaginable Trump his going to do as the president. Just like the right wing nut jobs were saying about Obama in 2008.

Come on, mindurbusiness. The Democrats controlled the congress for just two years after Obama won and in that two years, they did pass affordable care act aka Republicans' worst nightmare. Do you really think the Democrats can stop the maniacs from repealing affordable care act and sending over 20 million people to a healthcare limbo? Do you really think the Democrats can now stop them from appointing a right wing conservative as the ninth Supreme Court justice? Maybe the Democrats will take control of the Sentate in two years. But the GOP, with absolute power, can cause so much damage in two years. What a nightmare!!!

People are angry. They want a populist, not a corporate hoe. They should have known better to bring someone like Bernie Sanders. Instead they rigged the primary in favor of queen Hillary. She lost to a clown. A F*#KING CLOWN. #WARREN2020

@Lopchandai Rank and file Democrats should ask DNC to clean the house of Clinton cronies from top to bottom. Many people like Donna Brazile have stayed at DNC way past their shelf-life and are so out of touch with the populace doing amazingly stupid things like tipping off Clinton campaign with debate questions.
Just like Trump and Bernie were unconventional candidates suited for upper-Midwest/Rust-belt states, DNC should bring in people like John Fetterman. Fetterman, a small-town mayor from Pennsylvania who knows and deals with impacts of deindustrialization on a daily basis.
The tattooed mayor who looks more like a bouncer at a biker gang's bar actually has a master's degree in public policy from Harvard Univ. aside from being a progressive who campaigned for Bernie. People at DNC at the moment are too stuck in Clintons' ass to find gems like Fetterman.

In spite of all the wikileaks revelations, the ardent supporters would not accept that their candidate was corrupt and anti - democratic. I think there is a big conflict of interest in electing an anti-democratic person to lead a democracy.

Democracy, it will be no more. He might even try and mess with the 1st amendment, he has the senate, house and the supreme court, he can re-write the constitution if he wishes so. Someone pisses him off, he will start thinking about changing laws to go after them. Thank you everyone who didn't vote or who voted for the 3rd party.

Yes, I totally agree that the DNC unfairly favored Hillary and by the way, that was the only thing the wikileaks were able to prove. Yes, I toally agree that DNC's favoritism toward Hillary was absolutely repudiable. But Hillary was still a highly qualified, intelligent, and well-prepared candidate. You shouldn't have overlooked that. It was very unfortunate that she had a lot of baggage and had very low favorability ratings. I know you'll say she has made many wrong decisions in the past or she hasn't been progressive enough. Those things are easy to say in retrospect. But no one who has been in politics for over 20 years and come out with completely clean hands. Sometimes you have to make tough decisions pleasing half of the country and disappointing the other half. This is what democracy means. You can't always or absolutely please everyone. I know you are sure that Bernie would have defeated Trump. But how can you be so sure? Trump would have been yelling COMMUNIST at the top of his lungs had Bernie been the nominee. The gullible uneducated white folks that Trump was able to galvanize would have never voted for someone labeled a communist. To win a general election, you need more of a centrist candidate. I really think the BernieOrBusters got it wrong. They should have come together for the country, for the sake of preventing a conservative SCOTUS, for the sake of not undoing the progress that it took the country decades to make. No matter how much you hated Hillary how could you not vote against Trump? How could you not act against normalizing racism, misogyny, sexism, bullying, xenophobia, homophobia, white supremacy????

Well said, mily. Hillary was not my first choice either, but given the stakes then, which now -- the victory of Trump -- has come out as a shocking reality; there was no better option than her. I find Ne0's rationale irrational and unpragmatic. It's like choosing not to donate to the earthquake victims citing how corrupt our government is and the money will be misused.
