I did graduate on Dec 2011 in Bachelor in Business. My OPT start at March 1 2012 and will end Feb 28 2013. I was applying different job, because of lack of experience I could not get job, now H1  cota is also over. There is no point of looking for job. Even I get job next year my employee could not file H1 for me because my OPT end on Feb 28 2013. Somebody told me, If I get job, I can join master class and take CPT. He told me not all college, but there are some college where you can do like that which are in NY, California. 
So, Kaati ko True ho yo kura. Please help me out?

 Yes you can take class and work in CPT. Two colleges which provides are below:

Since it seems, you are transfering from F1 to F1, it should not be that difficult. But, however if you are transfering from H1 to F1, just don't join any hanky panky college, try joining a good college since USCIS sometimes rejects such applications.
