musicnepal offers songs to be purchased. Last I checked they required some card that can only be bought in Nepal, but this might have changed. Check them out.

Just found out that iTunes also has bunch of Nepali songs. I purchased albums from Sugam Pokharel and Deepak Bajracharya.
