Maoists are clever people.

When they first appeared in Nepal, their first target was the King. So they joined hand with the seven party alliance to depose of the King successfully.

Now the next thing standing in their way is the majority party of Congress. They are cleverly trying to depose of them through the Paras - Rubel incident, by taking down the Congress party via Sujata.

This propaganda is clarified further from their mouthpiece site mysansar also known as maosansar. The propaganda site is voicing praises for Paras, who they have already deposed of and who is out of the way. They are writing propaganda articles against Congress party via Sujata's son in law.

Once congress is out of the way, noone's stopping them from gaining full power in this failed state.
